Appartment Buchenhöhe

Zunächst sind wir nicht darüber aufgeklärt worden, dass das Appartement nicht vom Haus selbst vermietet wurde, wir konnten also nicht über die Rezeption einchecken. Nach einem Telefonat mit dem richtige. „Vermieter“ wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass das Zimmer noch nicht fertig wäre und dieser monentan nicht verfügbar wäre. Das obwohl wir innerhalb des zum Check-In angegebenen Zeitraums angereist waren. Für eine Insgesamt bessere Bewertung müssen diese Themen besser gemanagt und deklariert werden.

Insgesamt GUT

Insgesamt eine gute Wohnung, nur die Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer könnte besser sein. Habe alleine darauf geschlafen, aber schon besser geschlafen. Die Ausstattung von Wohnung und Küche ist gut, alles da was gebraucht wird. Aber ein Auto ist Pflicht, Parkplätze ausreichend vorhanden. Nett ist der Fahrstuhl im Haus. Zumindest im O2 Netz ist nur mit viel Glück auf dem Balkon telefonieren möglich, die Karte bei O2 mit der Verfügbarkeit ist zu optimistisch... Reisezeit war Juli 2021

Sauberkeit und Hygiene/Corona

Sauberkeit und Hygiene entsprach nicht den Angaben in den Reiseunterlagen. Wir haben erstmal geputzt nach dem Einzug. Küche war noch schmutzig vom letzten kochen. Auch das Badezimmer war schmutzig. Matratzenschoner war mit flecken und auch insgesamt verdreckt. Die Ferienwohnung wurde vor Übergabe sicher nicht geputzt. Sie entsprach auch nicht den Hygienevorgaben und sicher nicht bezüglich Coronaregeln. Ich hab viele Ferienwohnungen über interchalet gebucht diese sicher nicht mehr.

Fam molenaar

De vakantiewoning had een heel mooi uitzicht en ligt op een berg. Alle faciliteiten waren aanwezig behalve de wasmachine die nog ergens in het gebouw moest zijn. De badkamer stonk bij aankomst en die lucht is nooit weggegaan. Naar mijn idee waren de matrassen te zacht maar dat is mijn persoonlijke mening. Er waren nog wel veel persoonlijke spullen in de woning aanwezig. Wel een hele mooie tijd beleefd in berchtesgaden. Verder voldeed D. wel.
