Water from faucet had sewage smell.

Cute place but was very difficult to get to the second floor. Lots of cobwebs behind beds and windows sill, but overall it was pretty clean.

Sorry to hear about the cobwebs. One thing our cleaners missed. It was hard it find but we took care of it. Thank you for letting us know about it. The stairs are a little steep as mentioned in our description.

Born and raised in Arizona and truly love everything Arizona has to offer. I am a real estate broker and work with my mother and my daughter. Being in the business for 25 years, I have seen many Arizona locations. Mormon Lake is a beautiful place to come and live. The cool weather and small town feel is why I have been coming here for over 40 years. Love it here and you will too!

Why they chose this property

Come get away in the cool Ponderosa pines, in our remodeled cabin and enjoy the small town feel of Mormon Lake.
