This cozy country house "Los Aperos" lies at an Avocado finca in the green district of El Rincón but also near Puerto de la Cruz, the tourist resort in the north of Tenerife. From the windows of the villa you look at the sea and the house with its avocado and fruit trees. The approximately 60 m2 large villa has high laced with beamed ceilings. It consists of a living room with rustic kitchen, separate bedroom and a bathroom with walk-in shower. The house is bright and has many lovely details that give it a special charm and coziness. Wunderschönes Objekt

Tolle Lage in einer Avocadoplantage mit Meerblick. Sehr gut eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Reizende Besitzerin, die uns mit einer Erstausstattung an Lebensmitteln und frischen Blumen empfangen hat. Guter Ausgangspunkt für viele Ausflüge. Sehr empgehlenswert. Sabine und Felix März 2024

Herausragend

Die Finca liegt in einem wunderschönen gepflegten Garten mit altem Baumbestand, blühenden Büschen und Rosensträuchern. Innen ist das separat stehende Haus bis ins kleinste Detail liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet und sehr geräumig. Susana, die Vermieterin, hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und uns sogar mit einer umfangreichen Verpflegung für die ersten Tage versorgt. Nur wenige Meter von der Finca entfernt befindet sich eine Busstation, von der aus man Puerto de la Cruz und Santa Cruz direkt erreichen kann. Zu Fuß lässt sich über einen landschaftlich schönen Weg der Bollullo Strand und auch Puerto de la Cruz erreichen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können die Finca wärmstens empfehlen.

Pretty much perfect in every way.

Delightful small house in the middle of a large garden. Lots of space both inside and out. Although it's only a few metres from the main road it's very peaceful. Comfortable bed, well equipped. Susana, the host is very helpful and has good English. She also provided some very welcome food including wine, coffee, bread, butter, water, cheese and ham.

Schönes Ferienhaus auf einer Finca

Schön gestalteter Garten mit Avocados, Obstbäumen und Blumen. Und Vogelgezwitscher. Sehr, sehr nette Betreiberin, wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und die Unterkunft empfehlen.

Urlaub wie zu Hause

Wir sind sehr herzlich empfangen worden. Nachdem die Eingangstür geöffnet war haben wir uns einfach nur zu Hause gefühlt. Diese Finca ist ein wahres Kleinod. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet und absolut ruhig gelegen. Ein Ort, der einen zum Wiederholungstäter werden lassen wird.
