Bright, modern 2-room apartment in a prime central location in the village center of Duhnen and close to the beach (50 meters). The allergy-friendly non-smoking apartment with 43 square meters of living space has an upscale comfort equipment of the furniture brand Musterring. Quiet balcony to the east. From your own car underground parking space take the elevator to the apartment in the 2nd Floor.
The separate bedroom with blackout curtains has a second LED TV and a 1.80 x 2.00 m large double bed. The living area has a LED TV, books, Bluray player (with movie collection), CD radio system with USB port, free Wi-Fi. Kitchenette with 4 ring ceramic hob, oven, Senseo pad machine, coffee machine, microwave, fridge freezer. Bright tiled shower room (shower / WC), hair dryer.
No pets allowed. Bicycle storage, washing machine and dryer (for a fee) are available in the house. Bed linen and towels can also be provided for a fee. The rental office for your concerns / key collection is located in the apartment house.
In 1-2 minutes you can easily reach the beach, shops, restaurants and cafes in Duhnen. The Thalasso-Spa Ahoi is about 6 minutes walk away.
