Schöne moderne Wohnung

Haben uns super wohl gefühlt, die hübsche Wohnung ist für 2 Personen ideal. Alles da, was man sich wünscht. Mobiliar sehr gepflegt, kleiner Balkon und nur 30m bis zum Deich und Meer. Im Haus alles sauber und ruhig. Auch die freundlichen Ansprechpersonen im Büro sind gut erreichbar. Wir kommen wieder!

FeWo top, Betreuung mangelhaft

Die Wohnung war sehr schön, funktional eingerichtet. Die Lage konnte nicht besser sein. Die Bertreuung durch Frau Hinrichs war mangelhaft und unfreundlich. Die Schlüsselübergabe lautete: "der ist für die Wohnungstür und der Andere für die Tiefgarage und alle anderen Türen". Ich kam am gleichen Tag unmittelbar nach Feierabend ins Büro um mitzuteilen, dass die Blende des Kühlschranks locker ist und wurde mit den Worten "kommen Sie morgen Früh wieder" rausgeschmissen. Bei der Schlüsselabgabe wollte ich Frau Hinrichs mitteilen, dass sich im Bad ein Wasserschaden anbahnt, weil nach dem Duschen Wasser aus der Wand austritt. Sie bügelte mich mit den Worten "das kriegen wir alles, da muss man sowieso mal ran" ab und hat das nebenher geführte Telefonat nicht abgebrochen. Kurz zusammengefasset: die Wohnung und die Lage super die Behandlung durch Frau Hinrichs, da fehlen eigentlich die Worte. Ich war selbt fast 40 jahre im Außendienst, wenn ich mit meinen Kunden so umgegangen wäre, nun ja, die hätten mich rausgejagt dass ich Schuhe und Strümpfe dabei verloren hätte.

Tatsächlich nur 100 m bis zum Deich, Ausstattung der Wohnung OK, würde ich weiterempfehlen. Und hat es sehr gefallen, wir hatten einen entspannten Urlaub.

Parkbuchten in der Tiefgarage ein bisschen eng, Fahrradraum im Keller auch sehr klein, dürfte eventuell ein zweiter angelegt werden. Ansonsten war alles super und in Ordnung, Wohnung war sauber, alles was man so braucht war da es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und kommen gerne wieder. 👍👍

Super Lage, schöne Wohnung...

Wir finden: Das ist keine Nichtraucherwohnung

Insgesamt hat uns die Wohnung gut gefallen. Allerdings sind wir Nichtraucher und es handelt sich - anders als beschrieben - nicht um eine NICHTRAUCHERWOHNUNG. Bei jedem Betreten der Wohnung riecht es unangenehm wie in einer Wohnung, die zuvor einmal zum Rauchen freigegeben war. Auch findet sich ein Aschenbecher in der Kommode im Flur. Dieser Geruch war auch kein frischer Rauch, sondern hängt in der Wohnung.
