The Second Master Bedroom has a Queen Size bed, HDTV, an en-suite bathroom with a large walk in shower.
The Third Bedroom has two queen sized beds, with en-suite Bathroom with a walk in shower.
The Fourth Bedroom is a man cave with 65” TV with stereo sound system, the leather couch (Ethan Allen) is a pull out queen bed, also with its own en-suite Bathroom.

We want you to feel confident when renting our home. As a result we have enhanced some of our cleaning procedures in the interest of our guests and employees health and safety.
Currently we spend between 12-16 working hours to clean each property after every reservation, and have enhanced our check out cleaning procedures to pay close attention to all details, specifically disinfection of all surfaces with anti-bacterial solution. We frequently change all HVAC Filters and clean pool twice weekly to ensure optimal cleanliness as well.
Kitchen
Home is equipped with the following items to accommodate the maximum occupancy of the home, basic dining, cooking and serving essentials including plates, bowls, silverware, wine, martini, margarita glasses and pitcher, drinking glasses, cooking utensils and kitchen accessories such as can opener, wine opener, measuring spoons and more. We also provide a spice rack, salt and pepper.
LOCATION
Walking distance to the Empire Polo Fields for all the equestrian activities and Coachella and Stagecoach music festivals, minutes from the La Quinta Resort, Indian wells Tennis Garden, Old Town La Quinta, and all the La Quinta Golf courses. Highway 111 is down the street, with Costco, Target, Coffee Bean and Starbucks, among many other chains and local favorites. Less then 20 minutes from I-10, you can quickly head to Palm Springs, or to the nearby casinos and other Coachella Valley Destinations.

We provide a departure clean on all stays. A mid week or mid stay clean can be provided for an additional fee.
DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEM?
City of La Quinta ordinance #9 does not permit outdoor music or amplified sound at any time (day or night), including but not limited to cell phones, bluetooth speakers, or outdoor TV's. This includes any amplified sound indoors that can be heard outside. City fines start at $1,000. and are strictly enforced by the City of La Quinta.
DO YOU ALLOW PETS?
Our vacation rental are pet friendly. We allow for up to two pets per property under 59lbs, for a fee of $150 per pet.

Your home will be stocked with an initial supply of trash bags, paper towels, kitchen sponge, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods toilet paper, laundry soap, and dryer sheets.
