This beautiful home was built in 2016, in the sought after and exclusive Greg Norman Estates community within PGA West. With 3 Private and 3 Community Golf Courses. A Luxurious desert dream home, with beautiful evening sunsets of the Santa Rosa Mountains. The home lives “Large”, a light and airy, open concept floor plan, with 16 foot sliding glass walls walls encompassing the Kitchen, Dining room and Living room to bring the outside in, California style indoor/outdoor living. A large Living room with 50" flat screen TV, oversized Pottery Barn Sectional Sofa, and two Pottery Barn Comfy lounge chairs, a large dining room table which seats 10.

Kitchen Aid 6 burner gas stove, a griddle, and 2 ovens. An Oversized Kitchen Aid Stainless Steel Refrigerator, with water filter and ice maker. Kitchen is fully equipped to meet all your culinary needs. Additional alfresco dining is offered in the covered patio, with a gas burning fireplace and TV.
Master Bedroom is large and luxurious, the master suite French doors open to a beautifully landscaped private back yard patio with chaise loungers to enjoy your morning coffee. The Master en-suite bathroom has a standing soaking tub, a large Walk in Shower, walk in closet and separate commode.

The Second Master Bedroom has a Queen Size bed, HDTV, an en-suite bathroom with a large walk in shower.

The Third Bedroom has two queen sized beds, with en-suite Bathroom with a walk in shower.

The Fourth Bedroom is a man cave with 65” TV with stereo sound system, the leather couch (Ethan Allen) is a pull out queen bed, also with its own en-suite Bathroom.

All bedrooms have ceiling fan with lights..

We want you to feel confident when renting our home. As a result we have enhanced some of our cleaning procedures in the interest of our guests and employees health and safety.

Currently we spend between 12-16 working hours to clean each property after every reservation, and have enhanced our check out cleaning procedures to pay close attention to all details, specifically disinfection of all surfaces with anti-bacterial solution. We frequently change all HVAC Filters and clean pool twice weekly to ensure optimal cleanliness as well.

Kitchen
Home is equipped with the following items to accommodate the maximum occupancy of the home, basic dining, cooking and serving essentials including plates, bowls, silverware, wine, martini, margarita glasses and pitcher, drinking glasses, cooking utensils and kitchen accessories such as can opener, wine opener, measuring spoons and more. We also provide a spice rack, salt and pepper.

LOCATION
Walking distance to the Empire Polo Fields for all the equestrian activities and Coachella and Stagecoach music festivals, minutes from the La Quinta Resort, Indian wells Tennis Garden, Old Town La Quinta, and all the La Quinta Golf courses. Highway 111 is down the street, with Costco, Target, Coffee Bean and Starbucks, among many other chains and local favorites. Less then 20 minutes from I-10, you can quickly head to Palm Springs, or to the nearby casinos and other Coachella Valley Destinations.

City of La Quinta ordinance #9 does not permit outdoor music or amplified sound at any time (day or night), including but not limited to cell phones, bluetooth speakers, or outdoor TV's. This includes any amplified sound indoors that can be heard outside. City fines start at $1,000. and are strictly enforced by the City of La Quinta.

Our vacation rental are pet friendly. We allow for up to two pets per property under 59lbs, for a fee of $150 per pet.

Relaxing in La Quinta
We had the pleasure of renting this amazing property for 5 weeks in the fall of 2022. The house is beautifully furnished, with a large open floor plan in the main spaces, and spacious bedrooms with plenty of privacy for all guests. We really enjoyed the outside areas - particularly the pool and hot tub. There is lots of outdoor seating for relaxing around the pool or having a meal outside. The neighbourhood is easy to access, a great place to go for a long walk, and is close to all shops, services and places to hike. The owners were very responsive to our needs and were easy to contact. We hope to return to this lovely property soon!

The house is beautiful and very nicely appoionted with a well stocked kitchen. The location is fantastic and very private and quiet. Any questions or concerns were dealt with promptly. Communication was very clear an helpful.

The beautiful home, sunsets and mountain views are stunning, but the details make the difference.
Caveat: My partner and I are, and have been, urban high-rise residents for 20+ years, so how we chose to enjoy this property may be different from those who live in homes similar to this one. Upon arrival we did not enter through the front door. We entered through the gate onto the amazing pool deck - very Hollywood - and into the home from there. It is how we entered and exited the residence through the entire trip. Here's why: entering from the pool deck is magical. The sound of the water feature and spa flowing over into the pool, the deck opening into the home as if it were all one giant great room and the views (especially the mountains in silhouette at dusk) make this passage into the home truly remarkable. Then, there are those details I mentioned in the title: super comfy beds that all our guests commented on, the separation of bedrooms, the pin-drop quiet even when every room was full, the restaurant-quality appointments in the kitchen that made cooking as well as getting a little work done on the computer from the counter a joy - I couldn't resist but frame up the pool deck on every Teams call with HQ during our stay. While my partner and I would never think of decorating with a mix of Mediterranean, country and contemporary, Shari pulls this off in a way that made all our guests feel at home and at ease. I'd never stayed in a home with "instant on" hot water, but wow did we appreciate it when everyone was getting ready to head into La Quinta for dinner - unlimited hot water. We are thinking we need that in our place. My only criticism really has nothing to do with the place, but Google maps. We, and almost all our guests, followed GPS instructions and ended up at the wrong gate. You want the Greg Norman Clubhouse Gate on Madison! The desert is extremely dark at night so get your bearings before heading over. Finally, while this place is an entertaining jewel, make sure you set aside at least one morning to get up early and take in the sunrise in solitude. We live in a chaotic world that often makes finding the vibration with nature and the universe difficult, but I was able to find it here in the isolated moments. Those moments refreshed my spirit even more than the connections I made with friends and family. I don't think you will regret waking up early to feel that intimacy with nature and self.

My husband and I live in the Northwest, we love escaping the rain in the Northwest and heading to La Quinta. The Villa Del Sol is a lovely private get away, the pool is front loaded (pool is in the front) a private front and back lush garden, with a pool and spa, it’s magical at night with the western sunset and the lights on in the pool and spa. A great family gathering home, large open concept floor plan. 4 bedrooms with new mattresses and high thread count linens and towels, 5 bathrooms. Our kids and grandkids have a blast golfing, playing in the pool, going to the outdoor zoo, playing at the waterpark, ripping around on the Greg Norman Golf course.

This home features many upgrades including custom built in bookshelves, custom cabinets with pull out shelves, granite and quartz counter tops, Kitchen Aid Stainless appliances, custom pendant lights in kitchen, 3' crown moulding, wood tile flooring, custom sun shades and screens, pavers on driveway and walkway, custom closet built ins, water softener, security system, professional landscaped and professional lighting in the yard and garden. This home is beautifully maintained, and appears brand new.
