Booking cancelled

Unfortunately our booking was cancelled. I wasn’t going to leave a review but was prompted incessantly by VRBO. The host asked us to cancel two days before we were set to leave, which as you can imagine caused stress. The host claimed property damage from previous guests. Wether that’s true or not I don’t know. In my opinion he had plenty of time to repair with the amount charged. While the sparse interactions with Ali were polite, he did not cancel our booking to initiate a full refund until multiple calls with VRBO and after our date of travel. Save yourself a headache and stay somewhere else.

Mostly good

The house is mostly as described, nice quiet gated community. 3 bedrooms plus den, 5 baths. Huge kitchen, amazing master bedroom and bath. 5 TV’s although only one functional due to either no remote or expired batteries, the one that did work was awesome. Pool was nice but not usable due to uncleanliness and no response from the pool guy listed on the check in details. We tried the manager but nothing happened House basically looked like no one had lived there in years. Christmas decorations were still up from a long time ago, many light bulbs were burned out and the grills/barbecues were too dirty to bother with This house was great for my friend and I who down for a golf event and with some TLC would be ideal for a family getaway Will likely go back next year

Everything we needed and more - perfect host!

I usually don’t stay places for a second time, but my first experience staying at this property was five stars all around. The house is very accommodating, the it is clean in every room, and all the amenities that we would ever need are provided. The backyard and pool aread are also beautiful and the house itself is very spacious. I would highly recommend for a desert getaway!

Listing is a lie and they came after us for false damages of $2,400

Beware! The listing says two king beds and there are no king beds in any bedroom. We did not have hot water during the stay and the host did nothing to help and dismissed it. There are so many missing items and problems with this house. I filed a complaint with VRBO the moment we left after trying to reach out to the host many times during the stay. Afterwards, he processed a massive claim for property damage, which couldn’t be more of a lie (just retaliation). I own a rental myself and am a completely courteous guest because I know what it is like to be an owner. Do not stay here! This is a scary listing that shouldn’t be on the platform.
