Harbor Front Condo Across from Boardwalk

This fully furnished condo is located in the heart of town in the historic Story & Clark Piano Factory. A large one bedroom, it features high exposed ceilings and windows, original beams, wooden floors and fully equipped kitchen with movable island. Unique, spacious floor plan with large bathroom, separate Jacuzzi tub in the bedroom. You will enjoy the balcony with gas grill and bistro dining.

The boardwalk is located directly in front of the building with access to boutiques, marina, restaurants, pier, and the beaches. The trolley leaves right from Chinook Pier to the beach if you don't want to walk or ride a bike. The Harbor front Condos are connected by a covered walkway to restaurants and shops with many more all within a few minutes walk.

Fishing charters, sailboat cruises and miles of bike trails are at your doorstep and one of Michigan's premier beaches is minutes away. You can watch the musical fountain from the roof top deck or simply cross the street to the channel park. The Farmers market is a 3 minute walk for your fresh flowers and produce.

Load the dishwasher
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and return the keys
Please leave parking tag and one key set in the Unlocked unit. The other key set should be returned to the lockbox
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Rules of HarborFront Association stated in the condo and must be observed. Quiet time observed between 9 pm -7 am.
One key with the fob to be left in the lock box. 2nd key and fob with the parking tag left in the UNLOCKED unit.
Please remove trash upon departure and put in the bins in the parking lot.

A great rental. It was much roomier than the online photos implied. Check in was easy and the kitchen great and well stocked. The condo was quiet and well insulated from outside noise. The unit has a great location being located within walking distance to shopping, eating, the farmers market, charter fishing boats and the boardwalk along the river. Having a reserved parking space was the best plus of all!

Great spot in Grand Haven

This is a great spot! The location is perfect - close to restaurants, shops, and the boardwalk. The bed was comfortable and the jacuzzi tub was a real highlight.

We live in Grand Haven in the summer and always meet all the renters that stay in our condo. We love this beach and town, the combination can't be beat! We travel a bit and always compare our beach and Grand Haven always wins! Good Morning America had it right! We always meet our renters at the condo and if they are new to the area give them tips on things to do if they decide relaxing on the beach is not enough!

Why they chose this property

We love the town of Grand Haven with the beautiful beach, boardwalk to the pier and the unique small town atmosphere that still has good restaurants and shops. This condo had such a 'big city' feel with the brick walls and wooden floor but in my favorite 'small town' with lots of good entertainment and relaxation
