Harbor Front Condo Across from Boardwalk

This fully furnished condo is located in the heart of town in the historic Story & Clark Piano Factory. A large one bedroom, it features high exposed ceilings and windows, original beams, wooden floors and fully equipped kitchen with movable island. Unique, spacious floor plan with large bathroom, separate Jacuzzi tub in the bedroom. You will enjoy the balcony with gas grill and bistro dining.

The boardwalk is located directly in front of the building with access to boutiques, marina, restaurants, pier, and the beaches. The trolley leaves right from Chinook Pier to the beach if you don't want to walk or ride a bike. The Harbor front Condos are connected by a covered walkway to restaurants and shops with many more all within a few minutes walk.

Fishing charters, sailboat cruises and miles of bike trails are at your doorstep and one of Michigan's premier beaches is minutes away. You can watch the musical fountain from the roof top deck or simply cross the street to the channel park. The Farmers market is a 3 minute walk for your fresh flowers and produce.

Please leave parking tag and one key set in the Unlocked unit. The other key set should be returned to the lockbox

Rules of HarborFront Association stated in the condo and must be observed. Quiet time observed between 9 pm -7 am.
One key with the fob to be left in the lock box. 2nd key and fob with the parking tag left in the UNLOCKED unit.
Please remove trash upon departure and put in the bins in the parking lot.

Great location - walking distance to several restaurants/bars, and a short 5 minute drive to a beautiful beach. Also, only about a 30 minute drive to Grand Rapids, so we were able to catch a couple concerts.

Cute condo!! We had a really nice time and enjoyed our stay! It was great being in the downtown area to walk to restaurants & coffee shops. It was great being close to the water front - such a pretty area! Would be amazing to stay here in the summer too!

My wife and I had a really nice week in GH. We started every day with a walk down the pier followed by times visiting with friends, walking to restaurants, drinking coffee on main street, and shopping at the farmers market.

Short getaway

In the area for a wedding and decided to extend our stay a couple days. So glad we booked this unit! Perfect location-within walking distance of lots of restaurants, bars, coffee shops and activities. Cool older building with a lot of character.

Restful time at Grand Haven

The location of the Harbor Front condo was perfect. We could walk to boardwalk in the mornings and walk to restaurants and breweries in the evenings. The Grand Haven State Park beach was easy to get to. The condo was very clean, the bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was very well stocked. Communication with Jeannine with excellent.

Great condo, great location.

This condo was perfectly located for our Grand Haven stay. Easy to walk to many restaurants and ice cream venues! We enjoyed walking across the street to watch the boats come in and out of the harbor. Live music and a fountain show were also just across the street. The condo itself was clean, cozy and nicely decorated, with everything we needed for our stay. The owner was quick to respond to our questions. Check in and check out were easy.

Piano Factory Condo

We had a great time staying in the middle of the action during the Coast Guard Festival in Grand Haven. I grew up here and knew the town was going to be crazy from all the tourists. We were expecting the carnival to be really noisy, but we didn't hear a thing. We did hear the parties and bands that were playing at the VFW and Eagles down the street, but they stopped at 12:30 as advertised. We didn't mind as we stay up late anyway, plus we were catching up on the highlights of the Olympics. The condo was very nice and works well for two people. Nice to have a washer and dryer. Enjoyed waking up late to a peaceful little town. Like the large shower and good water pressure. The bed was very comfortable with good pillows. The balcony is very nice but faces First Street, not the water, still very nice. The rooftop deck gives you a nice view of the water. Lots of people on the roof deck enjoying the fireworks & drone display. Parking was wonderful & easily accessible to the building. If I had to give one complaint, it would be the coffee pot. They have a Keurg, which is fine for most, but my husband prefers an old style coffee pot so that he can get really strong coffee. If a simple pot could be provided this would make it top on our list! We totally enjoyed the town, went to Anna's for breakfast, enjoyed Cinnamon Bread at Harvest, went to Tip A Few for the FIRST time, walked the boardwalk and the pier, walked to the parade and art fair. Wonderful time!! 5 stars.

A great rental. It was much roomier than the online photos implied. Check in was easy and the kitchen great and well stocked. The condo was quiet and well insulated from outside noise. The unit has a great location being located within walking distance to shopping, eating, the farmers market, charter fishing boats and the boardwalk along the river. Having a reserved parking space was the best plus of all!

We live in Grand Haven in the summer and always meet all the renters that stay in our condo. We love this beach and town, the combination can't be beat! We travel a bit and always compare our beach and Grand Haven always wins! Good Morning America had it right! We always meet our renters at the condo and if they are new to the area give them tips on things to do if they decide relaxing on the beach is not enough!

Why they chose this property

We love the town of Grand Haven with the beautiful beach, boardwalk to the pier and the unique small town atmosphere that still has good restaurants and shops. This condo had such a 'big city' feel with the brick walls and wooden floor but in my favorite 'small town' with lots of good entertainment and relaxation
