THE RENTAL WAS THE HOME OF MY MOTHER GAYLE CLARK. SHE SPENT MANY YEARS DESIGNING JEWELRY BY LOST WAX METHOD IN HER STUDIO ( SUN ROOM). SHE ALWAYS SAID WHAT SHE LIKED ABOUT THE NEIGHBORHOOD IS THAT EVERYTHING IS SO CLOSE BY BUT STILL HAS A SENSE OF PRIVACY ( I AGREE).

ONE OF THE COURTYARD SLIDING GLASS DOORS HAS A HANDICAP/ WHEEL CHAIR RAMP, FULL HOUSE GENERATOR SO YOU NEVER HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT LOSING POWER .
