The house was very clean and the property manager was extremely responsive to anything that came up. The only negatives were that it was a little off how long the cleaning staff was there every da. They seemed to hang out in the laundry room waiting for the wash to cycle - meaning that there wasn’t a lot of privacy at the house

Great location!

House is in a great location to all the shops, restaurants and beach access. The concierge was super helpful in finding us a last minute boat charter. We had a great stay!

Comfortable and Great Location

This house was very nice! the furniture was very comfortable and the pillows were some of the best I've had at a rental! The location was really convenient and could walk to to restaurant/coffee/shops easily but also was in a nice central location on the Santa Teresa main road. Our host was very helpful land responded to my questions very quickly. They helped to arrange our transportation, rental car and some excursions which was so nice to have that convenience! Only things I would like to note for other guests is that the staircase is a little steep at the top without a railing on both sides so we were a little worried about our little kids and my elderly father-in-law going up and down safely. The railings at the top also have pretty big gaps for small children so we lined up our luggage and strapped it to the railing which gave us piece of mind. There was also a constant ant problem in the kitchen but I figured it's just the nature of the surrounding and we didn't really mind and kept everything in the fridge.
