Apartment for up to 8 people near Bamberg Upper Franconia

We have a holiday apartment (complete attic of a spacious single family house) with 140sqm for rent. Location: Pettstadt near Bamberg. From Pettstadt you can cycle to Bamberg in no time at all. Other recreational goals such as B. Franconian Switzerland are not far.

It can sleep up to 8 people (1 bedroom with a 1.40 bed and additional bunk bed, a bedroom with 1.40 bed and a single bed, a sofa bed in the living room).
Bed linen and tea towels are provided, but bring your own towels (towels can also be borrowed for a fee). A baby travel bed is available (please specify when booking).
Animals are not allowed in the apartment.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön gelegen, sauber und äußerst geräumig. Es waren tolle Tage dort wobei die Anbindung an Bamberg leider nicht so gut war. Wir mussten mit dem eigenen Auto nach Bamberg fahren, da selten bis gar nicht (an Feiertagen) Busse gefahren sind.

Schöne, helle, saubere Ferienwohnung

Es war ein entspannter Kurzurlaub. Die Ferienwohnung ist groß, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Wir waren zu fünft und es gab genügend Platz zum gemeinsamen Essen und entspannen. Auch die Schlafzimmer sind schön groß. Im Garten gibt es Spielgeräte, die die Kinder nutzen durften. Alles in allem war es ein gelungener Aufenthalt. Toll!

Mit Bamberg als WE Reiseziel ist die Fewo sehr günstig gelegen und sehr familienfreundlich.

Sehr gepflegte, saubere und geräumige FEWO

Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich, die FEWO ist sehr neu, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und ideal für eine Erkundungstour der fränkischen Schweiz per Auto. Bamberg ist schnell zu erreichen und etliche Burgen und Schlösser lassen sich schnell entdecken. Die FEWO ist im Obergeschoss, hat sehr viele Sitzgelegenheiten und einen großen Balkon. Auch für Krabbelkinder kann ich die FEWO empfehlen, die Böden sind sehr gut gereinigt, es gibt auch einen babystuhl. Im Ort gibt es Restaurants und eine Eisdiele.

Soweit in Ordnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr groß, die Sauberkeit war im Großen und Ganzen in Ordnung. Geschirr und Besteck ist ausreichend vorhanden. Toll war die riesige Badewanne, das kleine Gästebade war auch neu saniert und sehr schick. Das übrige Mobiliar ist leider sehr abgewohnt, es ist einiges defekt und sollte dringend erneuert werden. Für Technikliebhaber ist der Röhrenfernseher eher eine Ernüchterung. Für einen kurzen Urlaub war es ok, den Jahresurlaub würden wir hier allerdings nicht verbringen.

Nette Ferienwohnung in der Nähe von Bamberg

Wir haben uns sehr heimische in der Ferienwohnung gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist ideal für den Urlaub mit Kindern. Sie liegt in einer ruhigen Straße und im Garten gibt es ein Trampolin. In jedem Zimmer befindet sich ein Fernseher, wobei wir sie eigentlich nicht genutzt haben. In der Küche haben wir die eine oder andere Kleinigkeit vermisst. Ein Besen und ein Spüllappen wäre sehr hilfreich gewesen, vor allem wenn man mit Kinder dort isst. Ansonsten aber alles Top.

Sehr geräumige und super ausgestattete Wohnung. Fam. Kaiser ist sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt, denn es fehlt an nichts, sehr empfehlenswert.
