Looking for a coastal retreat just a short walk from the white sands of Treasure Island beach? This is the perfect place to unwind with friends and family. This cozy unit features 2 bed/1 bath, a spacious kitchen with gorgeous quartz countertops, new appliances and everything you need to make your stay comfortable. The cozy living room space has a sofa bed, TV, and wifi to stream all of your favorites. NEW paver patio out back and along the side of the home, with outdoor furniture and an electric grill. A short walk to the beach, Sloppy Joes, Ricky T's & so much more!

Room 1 contains a lush queen bed with dresser and closet space to store all of your belongings. Room 2 contains a queen size bed, also with dresser and closet space to unload. The bathroom has beautiful subway tile with a cedar statement wall and trendy patterned floor tile. The living room features a large TV to stream all your favorite shows, and a cozy designer couch that folds out into a queen sized bed as well. Custom kitchen has white shaker cabinets, gorgeous white quartz countertops, all NEW appliances and the convenience of fresh ice and water from the fridge. Spacious kitchen peninsula space with bar stools for seating to enjoy a delicious meal. Back of the building features a private laundry room with washer and dryer for both units to share. Plenty of parking in drive way and street parking is allowed. This unit has it all, just pack up your bags and come escape to our coastal retreat!

Perfect location for a beach getaway

This place was perfect for a girls beach getaways. The beach amenities were very useful and the location was perfect. Highly recommend

Amazing Family Vacation stay with great amenities for families

I was blown away with how much thought the host had put into make her property comfortable and convenient for young kids! I have a 2 and 4 year old and really appreciated the beach gear, pack n play, extra baby stuff available! Made our trip so easy! The place was spotless and very comfortable for our group of 6! The host was great at communicating and the check in process was very smooth! Would definitely book again! Thanks so much 😊

Great place for families!

Loved our stay in this cozy beach home! Not far from the beach access, and lots of restaurants and entertainment! Will stay again! The host was very accommodating and fast to respond.

Definitely Book This for Your Stay!!

The property itself was extremely clean and very cute. The kitchen was well stocked and there was no shortage of towels. It is also so great that the stay includes items for the beach like coolers, wagons, and even bikes! Jada, the host, was so communicative which made for such a great stay. The location is perfect. Less than a 10 minute walk to the beach but also in a neighborhood where it does not get too noisy. It is also close by to a Publix, Johns Pass, and so many restaurants. I would book this again and I suggest you do the same!
