Sand Dune Suites is a stunning 4 suite fully remodeled boutique building located on quiet, pristine, and secluded Sunshine Beach, Treasure Island and only a short 5-minute leisurely walk to historic John's Pass Village hosting fantastic unique restaurants and shops. Each suite features new full kitchens stocked with all the essentials, bathrooms, flooring, appliances, furniture, bedding, washer/dryer, etc.

The Sea Turtle Suite is completely remodeled and has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The first bedroom is very spacious and has two new queen beds. The second bedroom is very cozy and has one new queen bed. Both bedrooms feature huge windows to let the Florida sunshine in and have their own bathroom attached for enhanced privacy. Additionally, each bedroom and the living room all contain their own thermostat so that you can customize the temperature in any room. The Sea Turtle is the perfect beach suite for multiple couples, couples with older children, or a girls or guys get away with friends.

Sand Dune Suites is rich in history with the property previously hosting some the New York Yankees for spring training in the late 50's and early 60's including Whitey Ford, Mickey Mantle, and Yogi Berra!

We are literally steps from the beach where you can swim in the turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico, feel the breeze through your hair, the sun on your face, and the sand between your toes. Sunshine Beach is a tranquil and quiet beach boasting some of the best sunsets in the world! Within a leisurely 5 minute walk from Sand Dune Suites you can find many options for parasailing, boat and/or wave runner rental, fishing charters, sunset cruises and tiki boats, bicycle and ebike rental, shopping, dining, etc. Sand Dune Suites is the ideal location to do it all or nothing at all.

Sand Sune Suites has a 3 night minimum with check in at 4pm and check out by 10:30am. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on this property. We have put our heart and soul into completely renovating this property and wanted to create a beautiful place where our guests could create many special memories year after year. Nothing but a good time

Great location to walk the beach and to several restaurants. Our unit was extremely clean and well maintained. Will definitely recommended this unit to friends and family It was a great stay

Great little space - Perfect for multi-families

Great space. Just left three nights in the Sea Turtle suite, and had two other families book different suites. It was perfect for all three families. Beautifully renovated. Comfortable. Thoughtful additions from the owners to make the stay welcoming and enjoyable. It was awesome that the suites have access to beach chairs and umbrellas, so one less thing to bring on our own. So nice to have a kitchen, which included everything we needed for meals. We'll definitely be back. Thanks to Scott for the communication.

The space was fully updated & nice. Only complaints are the road noise & that at night the outdoor lighting shines right at bedroom windows, could use black out curtains. The beach is beautiful!

A Week in Treasure Island

Overall the property was close to stores, the beach and overall a pretty decent area. The beach was fairly empty The house was clean, organized and very accommodating. One downside to the apartment was the noise. The walls are fairly thin and you can hear the neighbors and the cars and sirens outside. Another downside, with you being so close to the shops, you are right off the busy main road next to the draw bridge which is a little scary when you have little kids. Overall the property was very nice and appreciated the cleanliness of the property and proximity to the ocean.
