Beautiful and directly on the beach. Brand new condo with flares of the island mixed with granite. Be on Island time directly on Sunset Beach, Treasure Island on the Gulf of Mexico Beachfront. Unobstructed turquoise open water views. A short walk to famous barefoot beach bar called 'Caddy's on the Beach'. Watch the dolphins swim by from the balcony and your window! King size bed and Queen pull out.

Use of beach chairs and cooler, umbrella, etc. Please feel free to use them around the pool and beach. They must be brought in after use or nightly.
Parking at the condo requires a parking pass that is located in the condo. Parking is enforced. A $135 charge for missing parking pass upon departure
If arriving after 10:00 pm please notify the owner asap because alternative arrangements will need to be made and an additional cost may occur.

So many of the VRBOs have been taken over by 3rd party companies and those stays become more of a hassle with long lists of things that a guest is required to do and more than a half of roll of toilet paper is something guests have to provide. Denise makes it easy by providing so many extras that make such a big difference - basic pantry supplies (IE: spices, coffee filters, oils, etc.), beach towels, extra sheet sets, beach chairs, etc. The unit was clean and the view of the beach is spectacular. Close to many restaurants and a walmart for groceries is within 2 miles.

Nice quiet vacation

Property was lovely and when they said on the beach it truly was. My husband and I enjoyed our week emennsly, highly recommend this Property. We meet met some great folks while on our stay and great recommendations for eaterys close by.

Highly Recommend!

This is a beautifully decorated condo on the beach. It has every amenity that you can imagine. It’s close to stores and restaurants and the beach is not overcrowded. We really enjoyed our stay!!!!

Mom and 5 year old daughter trip. Condo was clean and very nice! Everything was as pictured. Condo building is very nice and couldn't get closer to the ocean! I would stay again for sure!

Beautiful Sunset Beach Condo

This property is awesome, great amenities and location. So close to everything you could possibly want. The beach is not crowded and very clean. Denise the property manager was great. It was very clean and quiet.

Wonderful time

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights. It was the most perfect location. You are literally steps away from the beach and you have a perfect view of the sunset every night. The condo was very clean and our host provided all of the amenities for a stress free get away. We will definitely stay here again.

Great Girls Weekend

Such a great place!

Literally open the door and there is the beach! It’s a beautiful and quiet beach too! Such a great property and it’s close to so many things. Place was super clean and up to date. Great communication with the owner who is very nice. Looking forward to going back!

A Slice of Paradise

We stay at Sunset Chateau several times a year. You just can't beat the the convenience. Steps from the beach and lots of great restaurants near by. This is by far our favorite unit. It's well maintained and the owner is very easy to work with.

This was my first trip to Treasure Island. The condo was beautiful and overlooked the gorgeous white sands of the gulf. Denise was amazing to work with and was extremely accommodating. This rental was a great value!

Right on the Beach

Very nice beach rental that is actually right on the beach! Fully stocked with everything you can imagine for a great beach getaway. The unit is close to the elevator, so quick and convenient access. Have a blast!
