4 guys in Palm Springs on a golf trip. Need I say more? This house, Mission Hills Country Club, great weather....... fantastic. Debra met us on arrival and was available throughout our stay. We didn't have any issues, but if we had, I know she would have been on it!

As a professional lighting designer in Los Angeles, I have always loved beauty and design. The desert and its beauty have called out to me for years. I'm glad to be able to share the magic and joy I've experienced over the years with my guests in beautiful Mission Hills in the outstanding city of Rancho Mirage.

Why they chose this property

Let's start with the location and south-facing panoramic mountain views. Also, this is a very spacious home - and it really feels like a home - which is especially private. This is an end unit with multiple views very near the pool & spa and right on the Mission Hills Tournament Course. There is no street in front of the unit so it's super private and quiet. The detached 2.5 car garage plus golf cart is a short walk away and is very large (and you get to use the golf cart too!) which adds to the privacy of the unit. The way the home is laid out really allows everyone their own space and privacy and yet the common areas are designed to encourage gatherings with friends and family. This home is filled with good energy and you'll feel right at home immediately.
