A 2 story cheerful/colorful home 1 1/2 mile from Coachella Festival and Stage Coach., 25 minute drive to Palm Springs, 20 minute drive to the great shopping at El Paseo Dr. Many nearby hiking trails in La Quinta, Indio and Palm Desert, and much more. We are surrounded by many fabulous golf courses, PGA West, Eagle Falls, Indian Palms and many more. Great restaurants to enjoy with your family or stay home and relax in the pool and spa.
