Live the Florida lifestyle sitting by the beautiful pool or within close distance to all Florida has to offer- theme parks, shopping, etc. Beautiful ceramic tile in living area and granite countertops in the kitchen. The master bedroom is on first floor and the rest of the bedrooms on the second floor. The four other bedrooms are decorated with vacation living in mind. The two kids rooms are decorated with two Florida theme park themes. One is Harry Potter themed and the other Disney themed. Vacation close to all theme parks with Disney less than 15 minutes away and Universal just 25 minutes away. You are minutes away from shopping on 192 with a full array of restaurants and sure to find a taste for everyone in mind. We are the Pagnotta family. We live in Colorado where we work but spend our free time in Florida. We are parents to 5 wonderful children with a love for Florida. We purchased this home after testing our first VRBO rental years ago. We hope to bring the same happiness we experienced to others because we know it is important to feel at home when you are away from home.
Why they chose this property
We are close to all amusement parks with a range of businesses to help make any trip convenient. We are in a gated community with access to a clubhouse with workout equipment or just relax with your own private pool and jacuzzi. This is where we vacation and we have tried to make this home an easy transition for those on vacation because we know the feeling of being away from home. It is important to feel at home where ever you are staying.
What makes this property unique
The home has its own pool and Jacuzzi area which always makes that a exciting for families. We are close to all amusement parks and an hour away from some beautiful beaches. The area is also full of exciting night life and great restaurants.
