This spacious newly renovated 4 bed 3 bath has all the amenities of home so all you need to do is pack your bags and come on down to the most magical place in the world. Just 20 minutes to Disney and shops. Minutes away from Championsgate golf courses. This villa has a full pool and Spa tub (not hot tub) heat now included in screen lanai and backs onto a lush conservation in the backyard no one to bother you while you enjoy your vacation in Orlando. We also have added a games room made up of Darts, ping pong and Table soccer game as well. This property is close to I4, restaurants, shops and movie theaters.

Lovely stay

We had a lovely stay, the house is really nice and the location is fantastic for the parks. We were disappointed that the pool spa didn't heat much warmer than the pool and check out time was early. However we should have researched this prior to booking.

Perfect location for Orlando getaway

We used this excellent property as a base for our stay in the Orlando area and its perfectly located for thise wanting a peaceful retreat and break from the parks.There are lots of new restaurants and shops very close by and its only 5 mins from the Interstate so convenient for exploring further afield too like Tampa.

The house was great and stocked with everything you could think of as well as very clean. We would definitely rent again. Neighborhood was nice and quiet as well. Absolutely no complaints! I had a question and the host got right back to me within minutes. We are saving this house as one of our favorites

Comfortable and quiet

loved the place but unprofessional home owner

Loved the place but on the website it says CLEANING INCLUDED and once we left Rocky texted me about a pan that was left and trash that wasn’t taken out but everything else was cleaned. The house was beautiful but the way he message me was very unprofessional and rude saying “we live like pigs” is rude and also charging for cleaning even though on the website it says CLEANING INCLUDED so its false advertisement.

Caring owner

House was cery clean, owner was easy to get a hold of. There was no view in backyard like the photo and the twin beds squeaked, need new mattress or frames. Other than that we had a beautiful stay. Owner fixes things asap. Pool needs to be resurfaced, but it worked great.

9 am Check out time was unrealistic hoping this will change as it was inconvenient with 3 teens. Hotels have several rooms to clean and still have 11 or 12 check out times. Overall great stay but little far away from main things

Overall a nice place, with a few quirks

Overall, the house and our stay was fantastic and we would highly recommend it. But there are a few things you should be aware of if you're booking a stay here. The neighbors on both sides are permanent. My wife spoke to one of the ladies in the house closest to the front door and said she seemed cool. The folks on the other side kept to themselves. However, *if it bothers you* they smoke pot outside by their pool. It didn't bother us, as it wasn't all the time, but I know that some people don't like it. I would've like to have had a little bit of a heads up about the bug guy and the pool guy showing up. We were there for both of their arrivals and they werent expected. I'm pretty sure I scared the bug guy half to death with my questioning. The master bedroom and bath were really nice, but there's pocket doors in the bathroom. So just be aware of that. Other than the hawk that hangs out in the backyard, that's about it for the surprises. All in all, we had a great stay. I would highly recommend it and we'd definitely stay again if we were in the area.

Loved this property!!

I've stayed in many rental properties and this is one of my favorites. The property was spacious and had plenty of kitchen accessories, towels, bedding and much more. We had one issue with our stay and the manager took care of it really fast. I would definitely stay here again.

Great house in a nice neighborhood

My family and I enjoyed our vacation there. The house was clean and very spacious. The pool and hot tub were the highlight of the trip. There was also a ping pong table and foosball. Great place. I would stay again.

Beautiful house with plenty of room

Enjoyed our stay here as we commuted to Disney each day. Close to the parks and a lot of food choices for out side the parks. Pool was warm and nice to relax after a long day walking around.

Beautiful getaway

The property was very clean and spacious. The pool was great and the hot tub was nice. My kids really enjoyed the games room in the garage. The area is close to lots of shops and restaurants as well as easy access to I-4. There are only two tv’s in the house, in the master and the second living room which was just outside the master so it wasn’t the best for watching both tvs at the same time, but we didn’t watch too much tv during our stay so it wasn’t too much of a issue for us. There are lots of towels and sheets provided, and the beds were comfy. The house is well maintained and the owners are great to deal with. We would love to stay again at our next visit.

This property was a year in the making to find that perfect location not to close to the noisy downtown but not too far from it either it gives the best of both worlds and allows a lot of choice during your stay. Restaurants theatres, Bars. It’s all there within minutes of the home. Its surrounded by a lush forest in behind the property for absolute privacy while enjoying a swim or hot tub soak in a screened in linai.

What makes this property unique

Not only is this a 2300sq ft villa filled with a lot of amenities it gives you a lot of choice whether you want to relax in the pool or head out and enjoy Orlando or Tampa. There is nothing for you to bring to this home just yourself. Welcome to our lovely house in the sunshine state!
