Schwarzwald-Schwaben

Villingen-Schwenningen liegt quasi auf der Grenze zwischen dem badischen Schwarzwald und Schwaben. Man ist in einer halben Stunde im Hochschwarzwald und in einer Stunde am Bodensee. In 2 Minuten ist man in der süßen Altstadt von Villingen. Empfehlung: Abendessen im Sudhaus Die Grossmanns sind sehr nette und herzliche Gastgeber. Die schöne Dachgeschosswohnung ist gut isoliert. Die Wohnlage ist sehr ruhig.

The flat is spacious and perfectly clean, and Mr. Grossmann is a very kind and helpfull personn, everything was simple !

Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Siedlung mit Balkonblick auf Wiesen u Wälder. Sehr entspannt.Die Wohnung selbst ist im ersten Stock.Man hat viel Platz mit gut ausgestatteter Küche Waschmaschine im Bad kleines Esszimmer gegenüber der Küche Es standen zwei Schlafzimmer, und Wohnbereich zur Verfügung Die Wohnung und das Umfeld wirkte sehr gepflegt und die Eigner waren sehr dezent zurückhaltend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ca 10 min mit dem Auto Lothar Jäkle∋kolaus Hocke

Wir sind keine regelmäßigen FeWo Nutzer, deshalb nur eingeschränkte Vergleiche. Alles da, sauber ordentlich, tolle Lage und Aussicht, Vermieter freundlich. Preisniveau im Verhältnis zur Einrichtung aber zu hoch.
