DG-Ferienwohnung mit herrlicher Aussicht

Drei wunderbare Nächte durfte ich in dieser charmanten Ferienwohnung verbringen. Sie liegt am ruhigen Rand eines Stadtteils von Villingen-Schwenningen und grenzt direkt an ein weites Feld – ein echtes Geschenk für alle, die Ruhe und eine idyllische Aussicht vom Balkon zu schätzen wissen.Die Umgebung lädt förmlich zum Erkunden ein – ob mit dem Fahrrad oder zu Fuß. Zahlreiche malerische Wege führen zu faszinierenden Entdeckungen: alte Denkmäler, beeindruckende Keltengräber, herrliche (Weit)-Aussichten, kleine Gebetskapellen und charmante Bauernhöfe mit liebevoll geführten Selbstbedienungsläden.Ein besonderes Highlight ist die Nähe zu zwei der schönsten Seen des Schwarzwaldes: Der Titisee und der Schluchsee sind in nur etwa 30 bis 40 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Dort erwarten einen nicht nur traumhafte Landschaften, sondern auch zahlreiche Möglichkeiten zum Wandern, Bootfahren und Entspannen am Wasser.Die Ferienwohnung selbst ist schlicht, aber bestens ausgestattet – es fehlt an nichts. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der herzliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeber, der mit seiner Freundlichkeit den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer macht. Eine rundum empfehlenswerte Unterkunft für alle, die Natur und Erholung suchen!

Comfortable apartment with lovely views

The apartment was very spacious and comfortable, head space is a bit restricted in some areas so my very tall husband had to be careful. The views on the balcony were lovely and gets the late afternoon/evening sun. It was a little difficult getting in touch with the owners as for some reason my UK phone wouldn't message theirs but they were around when we arrived to let us in and give us the key. Great location with easy access via car, we travelled around a lot and enjoyed our stay. Free street parking on the next road a short walk away and was easy. Owner was very helpful and friendly.

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Es war alles bestens. Eigentümer sehr nett, freundlich und entgegenkommend. Sehr gute und ruhige Lage. Der gesamte Bereich der Fe-Wo war sehr sauber. Insgesamt gesehen ein sehr schöner und gelungener Urlaub. Diese Ferienwohnung kann man nur weiterempfehlen.!!!

Schwarzwald-Schwaben

Villingen-Schwenningen liegt quasi auf der Grenze zwischen dem badischen Schwarzwald und Schwaben. Man ist in einer halben Stunde im Hochschwarzwald und in einer Stunde am Bodensee. In 2 Minuten ist man in der süßen Altstadt von Villingen. Empfehlung: Abendessen im Sudhaus Die Grossmanns sind sehr nette und herzliche Gastgeber. Die schöne Dachgeschosswohnung ist gut isoliert. Die Wohnlage ist sehr ruhig.

Sehr entspannt.Die Wohnung selbst ist im ersten Stock.Man hat viel Platz mit gut ausgestatteter Küche Waschmaschine im Bad kleines Esszimmer gegenüber der Küche Es standen zwei Schlafzimmer, und Wohnbereich zur Verfügung Die Wohnung und das Umfeld wirkte sehr gepflegt und die Eigner waren sehr dezent zurückhaltend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ca 10 min mit dem Auto Lothar Jäkle∋kolaus Hocke

Eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft!

Der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Die Unterkunft sauber, geschmackvoll mit allen erforderlichen Utensilien ausgestattet. Die Größe der Wohnung ist selbst für vier Personen noch großzügig und komfortabel. Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig in einer schönen ländlichen Umgebung. Sie ist also richtig zum Entspannen und Erholen geeignet. Was verbessert werden könnte wären verschieden aktuelle Informationen zu Restaurants (Adresse, Öffnungszeit und Telefon) unterschiedlicher Kategorien in der näheren Umgebung sowie auch derartige Informationen z. B. von Ärzten. Diese Informationen könnten in Papierform in der Unterkunft vorliegen, sodass sie leicht bei Bedarf ergänzt und aktualisiert werden könnten.

Tolle Ferienwohnung

Große ruhige Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung ist groß und entspricht genau der Beschreibung / Fotos. Sie befindet sich in absolut ruhiger Lage direkt an den Feldern. In wenigen Minuten ist man zu Fuß auf dem Magdalenenberg, beim Bauern mit Direktverkauf und in der Natur. Herr und Frau Großmann sind sehr liebenswürdig. Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt und kommen gerne wieder.
