This property was just as described. The condo was very clean with a beautiful view in a quiet beachfront location. The hosts were very easy to work with, kind and responsive. We had a wonderful vacation here and would most definitely stay again!

The condo was exactly as described and really clean and well kept. Literally on the beach so a walk out to the ocean was super easy and convenient. Hosts couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Overall great experience and will definitely be back!

We loved this condo. Very clean and spacious. So close to the beach and it was not crowded at all. Beach chairs provided was amazing. This condo had everything we needed and we will definitely stay again.

Our stay at Ramsgate Harbour 21 could not have been better! Jeff and Julie were excellent hosts who provided prompt information pertaining to check in and the stay and followed up as required. The property is fantastic, it checked all our boxes! It is perfectly furnished and equipped.

This is a great spot to enjoy without big crowds on the beach. The unit was super clean (thank you!!) and spacious enough for 4. We arrived about 45 mins prior to check-in and the host graciously allowed us in early. The only thing I’d alert to future renters is that the beach service included with this particular unit are the older wooden lounge chairs that stay out all the time, not the chairs that get set out at the shoreline daily. While we were there, the lounges were about 50 yards from the water. We spoke with the guy putting chairs out and even he said no one wants to sit there. Luckily we’d brought some chairs and a small umbrella, otherwise we’d have to rent for 50/day. No way I’d sit so far back while kids are playing in the water.

Family vacation

We had a wonderful time at this property! So close to private beach access. The owners were very pleasant and addressed anything we had questions about immediately! Highly recommend this location for a fun family vacation that offers a gorgeous view of the gulf!

Second time staying here, and we will definitely book again. We love that it's not a high-rise building, it's actually on the beach, and it is so convenient to our favorite restaurants located in the 30Avenue shopping center. Not sure if the listing is clear, but there are 2.5 baths, and that is a rare find. You will need to BYOBlender--we love protein smoothies, but had to bring our frozen fruit home with us. Also, my daughter and I missed having a full-length mirror :) So grateful to the hosts for responding quickly to any questions we had. 5-star-stay!

Ramsgate is such a beautiful hidden gem-- quite beaches with unbeatable access. The views from the balcony cannot be beat! Jeff and Julie's property was incredibly clean and well appointed with household items to make your stay comfortable. The included beach chairs were also a huge plus!

Perfect location!

We wanted something directly on the beach and this is absolutely perfect. 2 balconies at the residence and the beach was so easy to get to quickly, couldn't have asked for a better spot! Not super crowded, great for families. Jeff and Julie were extremely helpful and responsive - would absolutely stay here in the future!

Great Condo-Great Beach-Great Area

Very nice vacation week renting this Condo. Condo was clean and attractive. I was thankful for the spotless white beach, umbrella and chairs, and fewer crowds. I willrecommend this condo to my friends and family.
