Welcome to the Style Studio. This Guesthouse Studio is the perfect place for a couples getaway, girls weekend, bridesmaids, or TCU parents/alums heading in for the game!

Property amenities include, a beautiful pool with waterfall and tanning deck, Blackstone Grill under covered patio, Large covered outdoor dining area and a permanent outdoor movie screen with projector. There are multiple outdoor lounge areas including a private balcony area overlooking the pool.
At night, this property truly comes to life! Multi-colored LED mood lights illuminate the outdoor space.
Have you packed your bags yet?
We are ready to greet you with a full coffee bar including, a french press, pour over, and coffee grinder. A coffee pot and Keurig system are also available for use as well a Kettle for hot tea.
Garage access is available for 1 vehicle. remaining vehicles can be parked in the street.
The Style Studio is located in the center of everything DFW has to offer! Just 2 miles from the campus of Texas Christian University and Downtown Fort Worth. Only 5 miles from the Historic Stockyards!
DFW airport is just 30 minutes away. This property also has easy access to Dickies Arena, Will Rogers Coliseum, The Fort Worth Zoo, Six Flags, Hurricane Harbor, The Ballpark in Arlington, Cowboys Stadium, American Airlines Center, Clearfork, Trinity River (and trails), Panther Island, the hospital district and much more! Plus, easy access to see the TCU games, the Rangers, the Cowboys, or NASCAR and only a 30 min drive to Dallas.
Our favorite hangout area is Magnolia Avenue and South Main Street where you can discover local breweries and wineries, specialty restaurants and bodegas, plus curated shopping experiences - including our boutique shop, Winton and Waits.

The entire home and outdoor area is covered by a mesh wifi network with the highest speed available.
Washer and Dryer available for use by guests during their stay.
Maximum of 5 guests on property without pre-approval - NO PARTIES
Max Occupancy for the property is 10 guests without pre-approval

Notes from the owners:
1. 10pm noise ordinance - please help us be good neighbors by turning music off by 10pm and by keeping voices and noises low to not disturb surrounding properties.

2. This home is drug-free and smoke-free indoors and outdoors including vapes and e-cigarettes.

3. Please park in in designated areas only.

4. Remove any trash during or after your stay into the trashcans outdoors located at the end of the walkway by gate

5. This is a pet free property

Beautiful Rental Property

This rental is beautifully decorated, and immaculately clean.The neighborhood is really pretty and the yard / pool area is really well maintained. We rented a car and had no trouble getting around the Fort Worth areaI felt safe the entire trip. We even had time for a quick dip in the pool our last night!One caution - there are steps into to the unit, so if that is a concern, be aware.

This property was the perfect place for a long weekend in Fort Worth. Super clean, kitchen is well equipped to prepare meals and bed and bathroom are a nice size. Great place to stay and extremely comfortable living area!!

Base Camp for Cultural District

This property was a great base camp for our weekend of museums, restaurants and gardens in the Cultural District. The property was comfortable and clean, so we were able to quickly settle in.

We had a great weekend at this rental. The property owner went above and beyond, and we never saw her. We felt like it was our backyard. Great location, super clean, and comfortable. We will definitely be back!

Enjoyed our stay. Compliments to Jenna for going out of her way to ensure our satisfaction. We did have a fluke with Wi-Fi initially but Jenna made sure issue got resolved quickly and was even willing to let us use her home for access. Says a lot. Great stay!!

Beautiful Oasis

This property was beautiful with luxurious amenities. Jenna has thoughtfully anticipated whatever you could possibly need and has it there for her guests use. The guest house is uniquely decorated in high end luxury, with a bit of rustic whimsy with all living spaces being upstairs. The outdoor space was so relaxing and peaceful and had everything you could possibly need for you and your guests. I would highly recommend a stay at this property.

Cute Place

We spent a girls week at this location with me, my sister and adult daughter. Spent the morning hanging out by the pool then a short drive to the Stockyards in the afternoon for dinner, horseback riding, shopping, watching the cattle run, and seeing our first rodeo. The apartment was perfect for the 3 of us. All linens supplied as well as towels for pool, shampoo and conditioner, soap and a basket of extras under the sink in case you forget your toothbrush, deoderant, razor, cream, etc…. I was able to do laundry to refresh our clothes for the end of the week. Jenna was easy to contact with questions and quick replies.

peaceful / perfect getaway

my girlfriends and i booked a weekend here and did not want to leave. the host was amazing and we fell in love with the property i am very much a decor snob lol and this place blew me away. every detail was so cool! jenna's taste and creativity are so unique and fun! we sat on the patio and drank coffee and took in the gorgeous backyard. we went to the stockyards both nights and it is not far at all! we will definitely be back! thank you so much jenna. thank you for sharing your artsy talent and cozy but beautiful property. it was beyond perfect!

The Style Studio is the perfect indoor/outdoor oasis in the heart of the city. The garage apartment is so well appointed, with amazing decorative touches, gorgeous open living, and a king-size bed that feels like sleeping in the clouds. The backyard, with its pool, hot tub, and multiple seating areas, is indeed resort-like. The rental and its amenities are very close to the main house, but the owners were respectful of my being in the backyard every day during my stay. The only downside was it was very hard to communicate with the owners while I was there. It was my first time using the VRBO platform, so I'm not sure if it was a technical glitch, but we seemed not to be able to receive each other's messages. This led to some misses, like being able to use the hot tub and having burned out light bulbs replaced, but there were no major emergencies, and the sheer beauty and relaxation of the place made up for any minor inconveniences. I would love to return especially during the summer again. Thank you for a really wonderful stay and escape from the stresses of work and everyday life, particularly for a milestone birthday like I was celebrating.

Your Own Little Oasis Close to Everything Fort Worth!

The attention to detail in this little guesthouse is incredible! All of the little decorating touches here are so creative. We did not get to use it, but the pool area is as beautiful as the pictures make it look! Everything was clean and neat, and the owners are quick to respond with any questions! I would 100% make this a go-to place to stay anytime I had a chance to go to this area.

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! It was impeccably clean, quiet and perfect for our days in Ft. Worth. We would definitely stay here again! We really enjoyed the pool and the provided towels and floaties were fantastic. The beds were extremely comfortable so we slept great!! The garage was not available during our stay but the owners allowed us to park in their driveway instead of in the alley, which was much appreciated. I had to ask for how to access the property which is why the check in process was a lower rating. It would have been nice to have automatically received the information without having to ask. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!
