Beautiful two-story home on a large corned lot w/10ft privacy fence. Located near Amazon, Ft. Bend Toll and Rte 6 Interstate. This fully furnished 4br/4ba with upstairs family loft. Sleeps 10 - large master w/garden tub & shower. 2nd master upstairs w/ba. 3rd bedroom w/King and 4th bedroom w/twin beds. Sleeps 8 comfortably. There are two large recliner couches downstairs and on large l-shape couch in the upstairs loft.

Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Put all used bedding and towels in wash room downstairs.
If your checkout dates are trash days, please roll trash bends to curve the night before.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
TRASH. Remove all trash. Trash pick ups are Mon/Thurs. Roll trash can to curb the night prior please. A fee of $150 will be assessed if trash is left.
SMOKING. Smoking is only authorized on the back outdoor porch area only. If evidence is found, you will be charged an additional $400.00 fee.
PARKING. 4 parking spots available in the driveway and 2 additional on the street. DO NOT park in front of the neighbors. Garage is unavailable!

Great Neighborhood spacious home.

We were in town for a wedding and enjoyed our stay in this home. We had enough space for 2 families several bathrooms and 2 living rooms. It had all the kitchen utensils we needed and a kurig for coffee. Host was very responsive when we had questions.

Great Stay!

I booked it for my family coming into town for a funeral and they absolutely loved the house. The keypad is a little hard to use for check in but other than that everything was perfect. Thank you

Beautiful home

Beautiful house that had everything we needed. It was exactly as described. We were in town for a wedding but had some time to enjoy a walk in the neighborhood around the trail. It was about 5 minutes from walmart which is nice when we have to stock up on drinks and snacks. Would definitely recommend!

Robert was great to work with. He responded quickly to any questions we had and we enjoyed our stay in this quiet community. Would definitely stay again if in the Houston area! Home looks exactly like photos! Area is growing with restaurants and attractions.

Very Nice Property

This was a very nice property. It was clean, and the rooms were well sized! The kids enjoyed the loft upstairs and the ability to watch their own shows up there. We enjoyed our stay! The only minor downside was the request to take out the trash can to the curb. Not sure if this is normal….but it was the first property that I was requested to do that. Noting it here for transparency as I didn’t see it until after I selected and paid for the home.But I still give it 5 stars!

The house was excellent! Clean and great condition. Only problem is that the website said for rooms and sleeps 8, there are in fact on 3 rooms as the 4th is now the gym. So technically it sleeps 6.

This corner lot is spacious, quiet, inviting and comfortably accommodates 3 couples, or a large family of 8. There is something to do for all. The home has a 10ft privacy fence in the back yard for events and gatherings. A second master bed room is located upstairs with open loft area. The community is equipped with a walking trail, and several lakes. Home is secure with Ring monitoring. Security cameras are located outside of the home only. Inside monitoring is done only when security system is "armed" or set in "away" mode through motion detection only. There are no cameras inside of home.
