Two bedrooms complete the layout. One room features bunk beds, while the second bedroom includes a double bed and opens onto a roof terrace with a sea view.
Two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub, provide additional comfort for groups or families.
Guests also benefit from access to the residence’s leisure facilities, including an infinity pool with sea view open from April 1st to November 6th, a tennis court and a playground for children.
The apartment is located on the second floor of the residence and includes a parking space in the underground garage.

Check-in is autonomous via key box. The key boxes are located at strategic points in Cannes (not necessarily at the apartment address). We select the most convenient solution for you. Access instructions and key box details are sent the day before arrival in the early evening.
Alternative check-in options (early arrival, airport transfer, in-person welcome) are available upon request and subject to availability, with additional fees.
Check-out time is 11:00am. We kindly ask you to be ready to leave on time to allow our cleaning team to prepare the apartment under a strict schedule. In case of late departure without prior agreement, a fee starting from €45 may be charged depending on the delay.
If you wish to extend your stay, please inform us at least the day before departure. Requests made on the same day will incur a €15 cleaning team rescheduling fee.
Before leaving, we ask you to:
- Empty the refrigerator
- Wash your dishes or place them in the dishwasher
- Take out the trash
Failure to comply may result in a €36 deduction from your deposit.
Any damage or breakage must be reported immediately. If possible, we kindly ask you to replace the item with a similar or identical product and send us a photo confirmation.
For the comfort of all:
Smoking inside will result in a €100 charge
Parties or excessive noise will result in a €200 charge
