This single-level, eco-friendly home is part of a lakefront community in the heart of uptown, where you can take in beautiful views of the eastern range and Pinon Lake from the grounds. The living space is airy and open, offering a living room with a flatscreen cable TV and DVD player on one side and a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances on the other. This great room is anchored by a butcher-block kitchen island with casual bar seats for four, a four-person circular dining table where you can sit down for breakfast each morning, and sliding glass doors that lead outside to a small patio sitting area. A stacked washer/dryer is also on hand in the bedroom closet for your convenience.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
