Located with direct and easy access to the river (150 yards) for fishing, rafting, and kayaking. Across the highway - a short few minute walk - is the Del Norte riverwalk and the river’s whitewater park: the Play Wave.

This high valley oasis is 35 minutes from Wolf Creek Ski Area, know for ‘the most snow in Colorado’ and an hour from the Great Sand Dunes National Park. Enjoy the solitude the tree covered property acreage provides along with the natural wildlife.

Quiet and secure

Great communication with Chad. He was very responsive to all my emails. Spent two nights and slept great. Quiet area. The area doesn’t feel unsafe, but did appreciate being behind a closed gate.
