This 1400 sq.ft. corner unit in the Regency at Poipu Kai complex is the perfect place to unwind after a long day of discovering Kauai. Great place!!

The condo was everything you would want for a place to vacation - very modern, spotless, good location (we walked to the beaches every day), quiet, kitchen was very well stocked with cookware, so easy to have home meals instead of going out all the time. Photos on line and descriptions pretty much say it all!! It was a great place!!

Beautiful and fully stocked condo!

We just finished a week at this condo and we had a fantastic time. The condo is beautiful with two bedrooms, and exactly as it looks in the photos. We loved the big screen TV and watched Netflix in the evenings. It had a wonderful washer and dryer, its own parking spot, air conditioning and the kitchen was fully stocked. There’s also beach chairs and beach toys for families to use. And this may sound indelicate, but what I really loved was the toilet/bidet in the master bathroom!! Andrew was great to deal with - it took a few days for him to get back to me sometimes, but that was because he wasn’t getting notifications from VRBO. I left him some voicemails and he got back to me promptly! Thank you Andrew for a great stay!!

My family and I have decided to open up our Kauai condo to guests wanting to experience the magic of Kauai. Our family loves this island and we'd like to share that with you! Having been on Kauai over 6 years, we've seen and done most of the amazing things to do on Kauai. We'll be your guide to making the most out of your time on Kauai.

With the combined experience my wife and I both have in the hospitality industry, we decided to start our own management company called Stay Aloha Vacations. We specialize in marketing, customer service, and top tier cleanliness.

This unique corner condo is located at The Regency at Poipu Kai complex in the heart of Poipu. We've provided everything you need for a luxury stay in Poipu. All you need to bring is yourselves and your beach outfits. This 2 bedroom and 2 full size bathroom condo totals 1400 square feet and includes two lanai (patios). The master bedroom is outfitted with a king size bed and the second bedroom offers two twin XL beds that can be combined into a king size bed. The living room also has a memory foam pull out coach and 65" 4K smart tv. Our condo also features a full size kitchen with stainless steel appliances and an the dishware and utensils for a family meal together. Washer and dryer is there for you to use for those extended stays.

Here you'll be walking distance from the world famous Poipu Beach, here you can lay on the beach and soak up the sun. Take cues from the resting monk seals and green sea turtles who frequent this beach to rest during the day. Walk in the other direction and you'll reach Shipwreck beach which fronts the luxurious Grand Hyatt Kauai. This picture perfect beach is the start of the Mahaulepu Heritage trail that offers stunning cliffside views of the ocean. Our condo is a short distance from Old Koloa Town, Poipu Shopping Village, and The Shops at Kukuiula. Here you'll find the popular dining and shopping attractions of the south side.
