Aloha Michelle, Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry your stay didn’t meet expectations. The paint chipping is due to previous layers, and we are working on improvements. Our maintenance team addressed the A/C concerns promptly, and an independent technician confirmed it was functioning properly. We understand comfort varies and regret any discomfort. The lighting and décor, including table lamps, are chosen by the owner to reflect their style. We were happy to provide additional lighting, but your request came at departure. The porch door has a security bar for safety per owner preference. Though the porch overlooks the parking lot, the bar can be removed to enjoy the space fully.
