Luxury Unit Pili Mai 7F With Horizon Ocean Views. Fully Air Conditioned!

Located in the Poipu Resort area, Pili Mai 7F is situated on 35 acres of landscaped lawns and gardens filled with tropical flowers. Enjoy an open air gathering place with barbecues, air conditioned work out facility, and a large swimming pool, spa, and kiddie spray pool.

This newly-built, ground-floor townhome has 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The master suite has a king bed and opens directly to the patio with a beautiful view of the golf course and the blue ocean waves on the horizon. The second has a queen bed with adjoining full bath. There is additional sleeping on the comfortable sleeper-sofa in the living room, sleeping a total of 6!

The open, full kitchen is equipped with all new appliances: full refrigerator and stove, Ninja blender, microwave, dish washer, and Keurig coffee maker. The dining area seats six and looks out over the ocean, golf course and gardens.

You'll have your own private, ground-floor balcony with a table and six chairs, featuring views of the golf course as well as ocean and mountain views.

This also features a private, one-car garage with additional parking right in front of the building.

Wonderful place for family vacation!!!

The condo was beautiful, clean & free of clutter. Wonderful place to just be. The beds were very comfortable and we got good night rest. It is also in perfect location close to restaurants, shopping and the best beaches. We would absolutely return! The host is very prompt to reply & accommodating. 3 years ago we enjoyed the same unit in building 8 and were equally pleased with this one in building 7. So nice to just sit on the patio with a book in hand or just gaze out over the green fairway toward the ocean. All was as advertised. Thanks!

Island bliss

This was our 4th time to Kauai. The Pili Mai Condos weren’t around the last time we came, but we took a chance. I’m so glad we did. First of all, communication with property managers was excellent and always friendly, timely and comprehensive. The unit itself was well kept, comfortable and conveniently located for our needs. We liked that it backed up against a golf course; it made it feel private and spacious with lovely views inland and the sea at a distance. The pool was much used and quite nice. I lap swim and there was a designated time from 8-9am for that. the fitness room was fine for small workouts. Having the complimentary passes for the Poipu Athletic Club were also welcome and used often between myself, husband and son. Unit had two beach chairs, boogie boards, a cooler and some floaties. Full kitchen complete with coffee maker, toaster, keurig, blender and pretty much everything we needed. There were 2 BBQ grills across the lawn which we used one night. We were very comfortable here and I would definitely stay here again.

Pili Mai 7F

Location was very good! Air conditioning worked so well, kept cool and comfortable! No disturbance from upstairs guests. We enjoyed afternoons by the pool and hot tub. One evening did a BBQ conveniently located to the unit. A few minor suggestions: there were only 2 wine glasses, I donated 2 to the unit. There was no hand soap in the kitchen or bathrooms and no garbage bags for trash. The beds need new pillows.

Amazing

The unit is nicely decorated, clean, and comes with a lot of extras to help make your stay more comfortable… beach towels, snorkels, extra cooking spices and laundry machines. Views of the golf course are great and it is a quick drive to all the local beautiful beaches.

Great property!

We had a great stay- instructions were simple and clear, for the most part communication with management was smooth (just a couple of lags). The property itself was beautiful, we really enjoyed the home. The only minor issue was the dryer struggled to dry our clothes completely. But we would definitely stay again, loved it!

Beautiful and comfortable

Wonderful property! It was so nice to have our cup of coffee on the lanai every morning with the gorgeous view! The location was convenient, management was very responsive and kind, condo was comfortable, and it was so handy having a washer and dryer. We will definitely look to stay here again!

Excellent property

Very comfortable, beach view, golf view from the balcony. In short we just felt like staying at home. Very spacious, ideal kitchen. Enjoyed our 6 day stay.
