Luxury Unit Pili Mai 7F With Horizon Ocean Views. Fully Air Conditioned!

Located in the Poipu Resort area, Pili Mai 7F is situated on 35 acres of landscaped lawns and gardens filled with tropical flowers. Enjoy an open air gathering place with barbecues, air conditioned work out facility, and a large swimming pool, spa, and kiddie spray pool.

This newly-built, ground-floor townhome has 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The master suite has a king bed and opens directly to the patio with a beautiful view of the golf course and the blue ocean waves on the horizon. The second has a queen bed with adjoining full bath. There is additional sleeping on the comfortable sleeper-sofa in the living room, sleeping a total of 6!

The open, full kitchen is equipped with all new appliances: full refrigerator and stove, Ninja blender, microwave, dish washer, and Keurig coffee maker. The dining area seats six and looks out over the ocean, golf course and gardens.

You'll have your own private, ground-floor balcony with a table and six chairs, featuring views of the golf course as well as ocean and mountain views.

This also features a private, one-car garage with additional parking right in front of the building.

A beautiful property with all the amenities you could imagine…the view’s from the back side lanai were special every morning at sunrise and in the evening at sunset…very easy accessibility to shopping and restaurants..beaches… especially Poipu Beach in the early evening seeing the turtles come ashore to rest for the night…10 stars out of 10 … thank you Vicki.. we hope to return to Kauai next year…

The condo was beautiful, clean & free of clutter. Wonderful place to just be. The beds were very comfortable and we got good night rest. We had a wonderful stay. The Pili Mai is perfect location right in Poipu.Pros:Location to the beach. Short drive to haul all of your beach stuff down with ample parking at the public beach access. The beach was beautiful with great snorkeling spots. Both kids 5 and 8 tried snorkeling. Sea Turtles and Monks seals beach themselves during the day and it is amahzing to see them up close. The unit includes 4 beach chairs, cooler, 2 really nice upgraded boogie boards, and random sand toys and goggles/snorkel gear and fins that have been "donated".Starbucks is down the street. The unit also has the pool 20 feet from the front door, community grill as well as the work out facility. The pool is large and has ample seating with lounge chairs. A baby pool as well as a large hot tub.The unit itself was beautiful. It came fully equipped with anything that you could possibly need. Although we did not do alot of cooking other than quick sandwiches and breakfast we found that it was enough. The view from the kitchen table and the chickens in the morning was so fun. The beds are comfortable. I appreciated having the bath with a tub as well as the bath with the walk in shower. It also included a powder room which was nice for guests to visit or a quick bathroom stop before heading out to activities. The unit had two britta water filters in the fridge and an icemaker which was helpful. We would stay here again!
