This property was excellent! The host was a fast and excellent communicator leading up and through our stay here. The property is clean and well stocked with towels, pool/beach items, and household items. It is also conveniently located near Poipu Beach and the balcony view is picturesque. We had a great time and would love to visit again!

Fantastic Location and Unit

It was a great property. Much more spacious than it looks and the ocean view was spectacular. The ocean is much more closer than it looks in the pictures and we could hear and see the waves crashing. Will definitely stay again.

Amazing Stay at Poipu Beach

Great unit. Just walk to poipu beach and you can see and hear the ocean waves right from your Lanai. I could just sit there all day. highly recommended.

My traveling companion and I truly loved our stay here! The king bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed watching the tennis players while we had our breakfast on the back patio. We were a one minute walk to the pool and hot tub, which were both very clean. We enjoyed walking to the Poipu Beach park, and even walked to shipwreck beach! Excellent restaurants like the Red Salt and Bernnakes are within a 3 minute drive or 15 minute walk. Excellent communication with the host, and a fair price for such a spacious and well- appointed condo. We would definitely stay here again!

This vacation rental is everything a home away from home needs to be. Comfortable, clean, and fully equipped. Kitchen was well stocked, all supplies you can think of for a beach day were provided, and the AC units worked wonderfully. A thoughtful bowl of water and snacks welcomed us which was great after a long day of travel! Beautiful view of the ocean from the lanai and the pool and BBQ grills are just mere steps away. Grounds are beautifully maintained and the location is top notch with just a short walk to Poipu Beach and a short drive to Koloa. This condo was designed with a family like mine in mind and we made so many wonderful memories there. Our little ones can't wait to go back! Mahalo to the host and we will see you again soon!

This is a great property. I stayed here with my wife, and two small children, and we had a blast. We got the air conditioners option which was probably necessary with the July heat for our kids to be able to sleep comfortably. The walk to Poipu beach was splendid and easy to get back and forth to. Make sure to plan your meals well in advance, and not hope to find something decent to eat nearby after 7:30pm or so. The Host was splendid. When you open the front door (I wish there was a screen that locked) and opened the balcony door and windows the most brilliant breeze swept through the place. The only downside I did not feel comfortable leaving the door open at night with my wife and kids sleeping there.

Vacation stay in Kauai for a milestone wedding anniversary.

The property was beautiful and exactly as descibed online, incluiding the photos. The amenities provided were outstanding, from welcome gifts, to kitchen and laundry equipment, to toiletries, to towels, to beach equipment. We particularly appreciated the plastic cooler which we used for daily excursions. The location provided easy access to all attactions on the south shore of Kauai. Management was immediately responsive to texted questions and small problems, without the need to contact in person. Communication was excellent at every step of the process. We did not need the AC because of the ceiling fans and the additional small portable fans, which were much appreciated. TV and internet service (Spectrum) were excellent, with the exception of brief widespread Spectrum outages. The pool and hot tub were outstanding. The keypad dook lock was excellent. Parking was very convenient, free, and secure. Furnishings had a topical feel and were very nice.
