We regret the inconvenience caused by the unexpected clogged toilet during your visit. Our team responded as quickly as possible to address the issue and spent a considerable amount of time at the home to ensure the plumbing concerns were resolved and that everything was functioning properly before departing. As the home is located on the ground floor of a multi-level building, some noise from the unit above may occasionally be heard. We understand this may not be ideal for every traveler.
