BRAND NEW BED FRAME AND MATTRESS as of (11/25/23)and full bath are located upstairs, with a Smart TV and large, private balcony. Exposed brick, hardwood floors and modern touches throughout. Kitchen basics are provided and W/D in the unit. Outdoor courtyard with a grill, fountain and seating - great for enjoying the lovely southern sunsets! Plenty of paid and free street parking around the condo.
Completely private - the entire condo! The courtyard is shared with other residents in the condo.
