This impeccable 4 bedroom family pool home in the Crown Pointe community is the perfect getaway and only 4 miles away from the white sands of Naples beaches and 5th Ave S. restaurants and shops. Relax in this meticulously maintained home with a spacious open floor plan featuring 4 Bedrooms and 2.5 Bathrooms. Preferred southern exposure facing the preserve - very quiet and private. The Master Bedroom King Suite is located on the ground floor, with three Large Bedrooms upstairs housing a queen, a further queen, and twin beds, respectively. Expansive living room, family room, six- seater breakfast room ( plus bar stools) and formal dining room, with smart TV’s throughout and robust wi fi on hand. The home features an oversized pool and deck overlooking the preserve and a large outdoor grill.
Crown Pointe is an active community featuring a clubhouse with a fitness center, tennis/pickleball courts, pool, sauna, and even a fishing pier.

Paradise in Naples

My husband and I rented this property for three months. The location is perfect - within 4 miles of Old Town, close to grocery stores, CVS, restaurants, etc. The outside area with pool and firepit was awesome! The owners and property manager were very responsive to any of our requests. We loved this property so much that we've already booked for 2025!
