The neighborhood has a community heated pool, gym, pickleball and tennis courts for your enjoyment. A big lake makes for great walking around the lake and neighborhood. (Just over a mile). There is no through traffic in the neighborhood, which brings quiet and serene living. Our home sits in back of the community, thus far enough from the main road. It is within walking distance (1 mile) to restaurants, beauty salons, massage salon, Starbucks and grocery store. 4 miles to the beach and world-renowned Olde Naples 5th Avenue with outdoor restaurants and outstanding shopping which is also walking distance to the beach. Lots of tours available in the area.
