This lovely vacation home provides a private outdoor screened lanai overlooking oversized heated pool & sun deck lounging area. Expansive covered lanai includes dining & conversational seating/entertaining space, as well as an outdoor BBQ area.

Enjoy relaxing, dining (6 chair pool side dining area), or entertaining on the expansive covered lanai while watching TV from any angle with the 360 degree rotating TV mount. This most unique TV mount also provides viewing pleasure from the oversized private heated pool & sun lounging areas. Simply swivel the TV to any desired angle to enjoy your outdoor entertainment oasis!

You’ll also find a gas BBQ grill with extra propane tank for your poolside cooking pleasure.

The property includes beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels, cooler & pool floats .

In addition, there is a community pool, fitness center and newly surfaced tennis & pickleball courts. There are also adjacent bike trails next to the community.

Great house for two couples

House was perfect for two couples. Great pool area with outside TV and plenty of furniture. Quiet neighborhood with club house and tennis/pickle ball courts

Wonderful time at Crown Pointe!

My family of 5, all adults, had an awesome experience at this property. House had all the amenities, spent a lot of time by the pool with good sun in the backyard. Patio area comfort made time away from the sun nice to eat outside or watch the outdoor TV. Clubhouse gym was suitable with treadmills and some free weights. Tennis court and pickleball across from the gym. Great location for the beaches, restaurants and shopping in Naples; Fort Myers a short drive away; overall it was a great week!

Bugs on vacation

This home is aging and needs upkeep attention. When we walked in, we quickly noticed the ant traps on the kitchen counters, in the kitchen cabinets, under the beds in the twin bedroom, etc. We found roach traps under the sink and in the closet by the kitchen garbage can. This should’ve been enough of a red flag for us to find another house, but we trusted and stayed. By the 5th day, we had ants everywhere in the bedroom and discovered two dead roaches. We were advised that pest control was working and it was common for Florida, but pest control was sent out to us. We waited all day for him to arrive at the house, so one entire day was wasted waiting on him. By day 7, it was a complete infestation of ants and we had to switch houses. Our trip was greatly impacted by this misleading home. While the property manager was doing her best to communicate and help, the owners should not be renting their home until they fix their bug problems. They need to get to the root of the problem. Until then, I wouldn’t want someone else’s vacation impacted like ours was.

Great home in a great location

Our family of 4 (plus Chihuahua) really enjoyed our stay in Crown Pointe! First of all, the house has been renovated on the inside and is adorable—-it looks like something on HGTV! Tammy even put up a Christmas tree for us to make us feel more at home during our stay over the holidays. The home was clean and had all of the supplies we needed in the kitchen. The outside pool area was wonderful and we loved watching the rotating tv from so many areas outside. We loved using the two bikes…our teenagers went for rides, and my husband and I would ride them to happy hour. The community was wonderful, and we used the gym at the clubhouse and also the pickle ball courts (we brought our own racquets). The beach supplies were a great bonus too…it was nice to have towels, chairs, umbrellas and a cooler to bring to the beach with us. Tammy was really fast to respond to a couple of minor issues we had and got them fixed quickly. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and I would return if in the area again.
