Villa Vera - Naples near to the beaches, large heated private pool
Beautiful 3 bedroom 1,700 house, completely remodelled 2010, new pool, new furnitures, heated pool, 4x TV, DVD, gas grill, internet, AC. The house is completely equiped with everything you have at home: towels, dishwasher, washer, dryer etc. - lake view. You drive in ten minutes to the beaches and to the world known pier in Naples. Next Airport is in Fort Myers (RSW) 30 minutes. Best restaurants, shopping possibilities and golf courses can be reached within couple of minutes. The pool heating costs 100 USD/week extra.
You also can play tennis for free on comunity´s tennis courts - it is some 3 minutes walking. The community is perfect for jogging or inline-skating. You can skate or run for couple of miles around the lakes. Very important to mention, every guest has to register at the community center and pay a one time 150 USD fee.

The first time we came to this area, it was 1995. Our son was one year old and the girls were still waiting to be born. We immediately felt in love with America and especially Florida. We live in Prague - Czech Republic.

This is just perfect for vacation - nice small community, lake view and 10 minutes to the beaches and down town Naples, with all those good restaurants :)

When you walk in the house and see the big front door with the pool and lake view - it is beautiful.
