Wonderful Property

Property Manager Tammy was so helpful and knowledgeable about the area. She provided great suggestions on areas to visit and restaurants. Property was very clean and well kept, south facing heated pool was key to a successful stay. The Crowne Pointe Community Club house had a workout facility with Tennis Courts that we were able to enjoy every day. Would definitely recommend staying at this property again.

We were very pleased with the home and location. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The heated pool and outside area was really nice. We enjoyed sitting outside with a nice water view. We also enjoyed the nice Pickleball courts. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe. We will be back in April. Tammy was very nice to work with and answered any questions or concerns we had.

Winter getaway

We enjoyed our stay the weather was great and we enjoyed relaxing by the pool for a week! The site says there are 4 bikes but there were only three and one wasn’t rideable which was a bummer as there were 4 of us that wanted to ride. Other than that the property was as expected.

Heated pool the best

This property in East Naples can accommodate 6 adults.The heated pool is the draw. The kitchen is well equipped. there are bicycles, pool toys , beach chairs ,and even a TV pool side. The manager is quick to respond and very accommodating. The location gives easy access to Downtown and the beach. Traffic is much less congested than North Naples..

Naples Getaway

We were extremely satisfied with everything that this home had to offer! From the tasteful decor to the generous amount of living space we felt quite comfortable during our 12 day stay! We particularly enjoyed the beautiful pool area and lanai, where we spent much of our time both day and night! The plantings and landscaping provide a very tropical feel and it is quiet and peaceful all day long. The location is ideal- just 10 minutes to the beach and to 5th Ave and also to many great restaurants and shopping areas. After such a long and crazy year, we both looked forward to a stress free and relaxing vacation- we definitely found that and are already planning on a return trip in the near future!

Beautiful, Immaculate Home

The home was a backdrop of a wonderful vacation for my family of four. The kitchen is spacious and clean and had exactly what we needed. The outdoor, pool area was relaxing and quiet. Our older 20-something children were able to spread out in their bedrooms. We took the one mile walk around the block several times and the neighbors were friendly. This is the best location for Naples beaches and restaurants but with the beautiful pool right in the back yard, it was sometimes a challenge to leave! The owners are responsive. I highly recommend.

Fantastic property even better hosts.

What can I say, what a fantastic home, beautifully decorated , very clean and smelt fresh on entry. All the furnishings are of a modern and tasteful quality backed up with subtle artwork. This property is a must stay location in a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. We did have a couple of minor questions for the hosts , who responded very very quickly and went above and beyond heLping us out. Nothing was too much trouble for them. I will go so far as to say Tammy and Neil, you were the best hosts we have ever experienced and are a credit to the company. The property owner is privileged to have you. All in all not a bad word to say in this review, just sorry to leave. Will definitely be back

This is a lovely property with a pool overlooking a lake. The house is well kept with all the amenities needed to enjoy your stay (well stocked kitchen, towels, and pool toys). Great to sit and enjoy the Florida sun. Quiet neighborhood with short walk to shop and restaurants . It is only a 10 minute ride to Naples for great beaches. We would recommend this property and would stay again next year !!

Lovely Naples stay

We spent 7 weeks here this fall. The pool has a lovely location, with a view of a lake just behind the house.. The house was fully equipped with everything we might need and the property manager dealt immediately with any question we had. It was a quick trip from the house to downtown Naples sites.

We love this place!

"Our house" was ours for the month of February for the last two years. The first year it had just been renovated---everything was new. The second year some things didn't look or behave as previously, like the doorwall to the patio, and another, the clothes dryer, wasn't drying well. There was a shortage of beach towels and sheets at first, and Tammy ordered more of everything needed. Whatever we called to Tammy's attention was tended to quickly. The pool and lanai face the south, with sunshine available all day. There is a table on the lanai for meals and for working, making it easy to work from home. There are also desks in two of the bedrooms. There are televisions galore, including one from which we could eat dinner and watch a basketball game. The house is modern and tastefully furnished.
