Luxury Crown Pointe pool & lake view home minutes to beaches & Old Naples

Welcome to our Paradise in Crown Pointe, Naples. The house has a real heart to it and is ideal for a family get together or for those looking to entertain during their stay in Naples.

The great room opens up to the lanai with sliding doors onto the extended deck/pool area with one of the largest pools in the neighborhood. The Great Room/Kitchen is Open Plan with a breakfast nook, bar and stools, equipped with a TV so you never miss a game. The Great Room has a 15-foot ceiling with a ceiling fan. The newly renovated kitchen comes fully stocked with all the appliances that you might need for and instant meal to a family feast. There is also a powder room and a shower bathroom with direct access from the pool area.

The master bedroom downstairs is equipped with a very comfortable king size bed and has a newly remodeled en-suite bathroom, walk-in closet, ceiling fan and TV. The master has direct access to the lanai through glass sliding doors. Downstairs, you will also find the dining room and the den equipped with TV, sofa, sofa bed and a desk with printer.

Upstairs, you will find three bedrooms: one king, one queen and one with twin beds. All rooms are comfortably equipped and all have ceiling fans and TV’s. You will also find a full bathroom upstairs.

The lanai has a ”cage” to keep insects away from the pool area so you can enjoy the full outdoor lifestyle with minimal pests! You will enjoy dining and relaxing outdoors, really living the Florida life-style! Pool heating is optional for a fee, but for most of the year that won't be necessary. A gas BBQ, two fans, deck chairs, outdoor dining table and umbrellas are there for your convenience. We also have a two-car garage.

Our home is located in the Crown Pointe community of Naples. Our guests will have access to the Crown Pointe clubhouse with tennis courts, a small gym, and a swimming pool. The clubhouse is right next to a beautiful lake which makes for a relaxing and safe morning walk or bike ride every day. We have bicycles, and golf sets (2) for our guests to use and, of course, all the gear you need for a fun day at the beach: chairs, beach umbrellas, coolers and toys.

Our home is very centrally located in Naples. You will find a grocery store just nearby in the Kings Lake Plaza. The beach is only a 10-minute drive away and so are many other attractions such as the beautiful Olde Naples with restaurants, boutiques and ice-cream parlors, the quaint Tin City with restaurants, speciality stores and boat companies that offer cruises in the beautiful Naples Bay, the huge Coastland Mall with shops and department stores, the elegant Waterside Shops and much more. The Everglades are not far away and make for an exciting day trip to study the wildlife of Florida.
