It was well appointed however, we were slightly surprised to find, on arrival, that the bedding was incredibly crumpled! The dryer wasn't working and although a call was placed at the rental agency, no-one responded during the duration of our stay. These little niggles would not put us off staying here again or using the rental agency, however.

Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful villa but the only complaint that I have is when we arrived the pool area was very dirty and green slimy so my husband spent nearly 2 hours cleaning it, not what you need when you arrive at your holiday home. The villa was very clean and comfortable, had everything we needed and so close to everything such as restaurants, shops, beaches and activities. Would recommend this villa and hope to stay here again in the future.

Relaxing vacation

The house is not the newest and has some signs of use but is in good shape. Never the less we enjoyed our stay very much. The extra equipment in the garage like bikes, tennis rackets, golf rackets, beach chairs etc. complemented the fun and recreation factor.

It’s clean , the people are friendly , it’s close to restaurants, shopping mall, spas, supermarkets , beach etc....Re: 413 Dundee Court. I had a lovely stay during the month of May . The interior of the house needs some updating and the exterior needs some TLC when it comes to the landscaping . It’s just not up to par when compared tp many other homes in the community l The pool technician comes weekly to check on the pool but I’m assuming due to weathering and not being maintained the pool always has a dirty look to it , which was a HUGE disappointment. Naples is a beautiful part of Florida ! I’ll be back next year but just in a different rental .

Great Place

Unfortunately, it was a working vacation for me, and I didn't get to spend much time at the house. But my family did, and they loved it. My wife had to drag them out of the house to go to the zoo, the beach and kayaking. Very quiet, nice area just overall comfy home that was very easy to relax in.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we arrived, we were told there would be an initial supply of bath/hand soap, toilet paper, and paper towels. There was no soap, no TP, and 1/3 a roll of paper towels. Luckily, I had packed some supplies in an extra suitcase for flight so we had these things. We didn’t have any dishwasher soap or dish soap though so we ended up having a sink full of dishes our first night until we made it to the store. We didn’t go to store right away due to heavy rain from Elsa.The house was clean, but I found popcorn kernels under the dresser in the 2nd master room when I was trying to help my 86 year old grandma with the dresser that has a broken drawer. In that same room, there is a sound system with no explanation for use. We left it alone so we didn’t break anything.We did love the neighborhood! With that said, The beach towels were an awesome touch. We appreciated the beach supplies in the garage as well. The bikes were fun for the kids too! After the first day, the pool cleared out so we were able to enjoy clear water and a great time in the back yard area.Suggestions: add an outdoor fan. The air gets stagnant. There is a rip in the screen outdoors so we had bug issues. A few updating touches in house would be nice. We had bulbs that were out in outdoor lamp so we couldn’t use it. Communication was auto generated and helpful. However, we emailed the first day about the pool being green, received one line reply and no follow up. Communication could have been better.

Love the layout

Great house to spend family time. Pool is great! Layout of the house is super nice and comfortable. Would suggest to safe proof the small door to the pool as we were nervous of the kids falling to the pool because of that door. Would recommend to stay here! Naples is an amazing town with the most beautiful beaches of the Fl west coast
