Very pleasant stay in Naples

We had two great weeks in Naples. The house is really fantastic, clean, good beds, everything you need is there. The pool and terrace are very much appreciated, nice to jump into the water whenever you want, have breakfast on the terrace while enjoying the view. In the evening beautiful sunsets. Would love to come back!

Wonderful Week in Naples

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at this nicely appointed and well-located property in early June. This home had everything we needed to make our stay very enjoyable. It is conveniently located to many of the amenities Naples has to offer. The home provides security and privacy within a gated community. Time around the pool was a highlight of our stay. We would definitely stay here again on a future trip to Florida.

Fabulous villa

The villa is beautiful and as described. Briarwood is a lovely peaceful and well kept estate. We spent many hours on the lanai looking out at the beautiful lake view. It’s a short ride into Naples which has a lovely buzzy feel in the evenings with numerous restaurants to chose from. Celeste the house manager was extremely helpful. Will definitely come again !!

Stunning Sunsets

We have been renting in the Naples area for the last five years, without doubt this has been our favorite home.Celeste was great in communicating with us. If we had a need she was very quick to respond. The home is very well equipped with all the essentials to make for a very comfortable stay. My rating for Celeste and the home is 5

Beautiful view of lake. On the surface place seemed clean but there was a lot of dust that was not at first noticed. Furniture was not really that comfortable. Master bedroom had no dresser for our clothes

I am so happy you enjoyed the beautiful sunsets over the lake and the view. Everyone does! We have provided ample space and shelves in the large walk in closet located in the master bedroom which has been sufficient for all our past vacationing guests and there are multiple bureaus in all the other bedrooms if more room is needed. Since most guests stay long term a cleaning service is available during their stay if desired.We do provide a thorough cleaning after every guest checks out. Many guests have commented and appreciated the cleanliness of the home.

Very comfortable house

Well presented property with some fine features. Very surprised to find bedroom 3 does not have a wardrobe and a little disappointed that the pool had ladders rather than steps by which to get in and out. If you have limited ability this is not the property for you.

Two wonderful weeks

Property is immaculate. Well furnished, comfortable and very clean. Smart TV for Netflix and Amazon Prime in the evenings. Wide open view of lake with South Westerly aspect - sun all afternoon. Large patio with pool heated to 30C - swam every afternoon. Air temperatures in the low to high 20sC - perfect for walking on the beach. Great bird life. Immaculate Naples 5th Avenue, old town and village all about a 15 minute drive away. Everglades, Corkscrew and Miramar outlets all less than 30 mins drive. Publix 10 minutes.

Beautiful home with everything you could possibly need

We had the BEST month staying in this beautiful home, which was in a great location close to everything. Spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated, so spacious and well equipped, we really struck gold. Pool area was lovely (no walk-in steps for those who may need them just the steps on the side straight down into minimum 5ft depth - not a problem at all for us, and I believe there’s a child safety fence available to use when necessary, I just thought I’d mention it for those who might struggle), there were comfy loungers with thick cushions, great dining areas, very new-looking bbq grill and just the most wonderful view across the lake with stunning sunsets. Pool inflatables, noodles, a ton of stuff for the beach including Tommy Bahama beach chairs/umbrella (+ other non-branded stuff), cool boxes, everything we could possibly have needed. Briarwood is a lovely community, everywhere so clean & neat, and we made good use of the pickleball and tennis courts. Celeste and David were very efficient & helpful when we needed them, responding almost immediately. We were 4 adults staying here and there was plenty of room inside and out. Really can’t recommend this house highly enough, absolutely loved it.

Wir haben im Juni einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub in diesem wirklich schönen Haus verbracht. Es war herrlich ruhig und diese abgeschlossenen Wohngebiete werden wunderbar gepflegt. Der Blick über den See und die Sonnenuntergänge waren herrlich. Auch der Salzwasserpool bot eine erfrischende Abkühlung, denn das Meer hatte 29/30 Grad und die Temperatur lag immer zwischen 30-35 Grad mit hoher Luftfeuchtigkeit. Die Einrichtung ist sehr schön, so das man sich wie zu Hause fühlen kann. Es ist ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen und man könnte daher einige Dinge wie Töpfe und Pannen erneuern und auch Teile der Terassenmöbel und das Strandequipment bräuchten eine Überholung. Wir konnten am Abreisetag länger im Haus bleiben, vielen Dank dafür an Celeste, auch für die unkomplizierte und reibungslose Kommunikation. Wir können das Haus, die Lage und die Nähe zum Strand, zum Shopping und zu Restaurants sehr empfehlen.

Gepflegtes großes Haus in Top Lage am See. Geschmackvolle Einrichtung, gut ausgestattete Küche und reichlich Liegen und 2 Sitzgruppen auf der Terrasse.Die Kommunikation mit der Verwalterin war sehr gut.Das Beste war der Blick von der Terrasse auf die Sonnenuntergänge über dem See.Wir werden das Haus wieder buchen.

Nice house

Very nice owners. A bit warm is Master bedroom. Not very favorable electrical connections in room and ceiling fan not really working. Pool was beautiful n clean, house very comfortable- some Insects coming from kitchen cabinets- no access to bikes - Overall a nice place to stay!

House with a beautiful view

The house was perfect, well equiped and nice decorated. We had some requests at the beginning of our stay but the property manager was super efficient and she managed to fix everything in a day.

The perfect getaway! 😊

We stayed at this beautiful home for 7 days and it was the perfect location! Everything was 15 minutes away or less! The view of the backyard made our stay feel like we were living in paradise! We had so much fun with our 2 year old daughter in the yard! We went out and picked lychees and enjoyed running around in the grass! We all enjoyed the pool and she enjoyed the big bathtub too! (We wish the bubbles in the tub worked, but it was fine!) They had everything we needed in the cabinets and so much space around the house for us all the relax! We also enjoyed having a park in the neighborhood too! Our favorite local spots near the house were 485 Degrees, Lowdermilk Beach, and Brooks Burgers! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay! Can't wait to come back! 😄

Family vacation

This house is amazing. It has everything family of four with young kids would need, from the fully stacked kitchen to pool and beach equipment. Rooms and bathrooms are spacious and modern décor is very inviting and relaxing. Celeste, property manager was wonderful to communicate with. We would highly recommend this place to anyone who wishes to stay in Naples for family vacation.
