Halfway between Lorient and Vannes (25 mins), between Auray and Carnac, beautiful stone house, old barn completely renovated on a plot of 1000 m2 on the edge of a field. The calm of the countryside, close to the beaches: Erdeven, Carnac, Quiberon...

On the ground floor:
- an extra bedroom with bz, wardrobe and cupboard
- adjoining bathroom (walk-in shower and sink)
- a storeroom with washing machine, freezer and storage
- a large bright kitchen open to the living room and dining room (4 gas burners, electric oven, microwave, fridge)
- a toilet

Upstairs:
- a bedroom with 1 bed 90*190 cm high. Possibility of adding 1 bed 90*190 cm (sheets provided)
- a bedroom with a large double bed (160*200 cm), wardrobe and plenty of storage (sheets provided)
- a large bathroom with bathtub, toilet and sink

Travel cot, potty, changing mat and baby toys available on request.

Outside, a large garden to let off steam with a swing frame, a basketball hoop and a football goal. Terrace adjoining the house + small terrace on the field side.

Wir hatten vor zwei Wochen das Vergnügen, dieses Ferienhaus zu mieten, und wir hätten uns keinen besseren Aufenthalt wünschen können. Das Haus war nicht nur sehr sauber und gepflegt, sondern auch mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Besonders gefallen hat uns die liebevolle Einrichtung, die sofort für eine gemütliche Atmosphäre gesorgt hat.Die Lage ist ideal – ruhig und trotzdem nah genug, um Ausflüge in die Umgebung zu machen. Auch der Außenbereich mit Terrasse/Garten (je nachdem, was zutrifft) war ein echtes Highlight, perfekt zum Entspannen.Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber verlief reibungslos, freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir haben uns von Anfang an willkommen gefühlt.Wir können dieses Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder!
