La Grande Verdette residence is located along "Marmotte" slope which allows you to reach the snow front and the main ski lifts in a few seconds. Arrival and departure on skis at the foot of the residence.
Pedestrian access to the station takes just a few minutes!
This is a new residence is delivered by fall 2024.
This 53m² apartment with a sauna offers warm decoration and high-quality materials.
An indoor parking space (basement of the residence) is reserved for you.
You have a ski locker with boot dryer which opens directly onto the Bellard chairlift.
The apartment is composed of a living room opening onto a furnished south-facing terrace of 30m2 with a sauna.
The living room offers a dining room and an equipped kitchen.
First bedroom has 160 x 200 cm bed with TV.
Second bedroom has 160 x 200 cm with TV.
Finally, the third bedroom offers 2 beds of 90 x 190 cm in bunk beds with TV.
A bathroom and a separate toilet complete this apartment.
WIFI . PETS NOT ALLOWED. NON SMOKING APARTMENT.
