Our condo in Naples is located in the heart of the city, Old Town. It is 2 ½ blocks from the beach, and within walking distance from upscale 5th Avenue and 3rd Street shops, galleries, and wonderful restaurants.

The master bedroom has a queen-size bed. The second bedroom is small and it has a trundle/daybed that opens up to 2 twin beds..

Naples is a small, affluent beach city in Southwest Florida – situated on the beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Whether you have a passion for golf, fishing, shelling, shopping, bird watching, wildlife viewing, boating, the beach or the arts, you will find plenty of choices.

Sanibel and Captiva Islands and their shelling beaches are less than 30 miles away. Miami, two hours away, makes a wonderful weekend getaway


We are close to the Everglades, which you can explore by hiking, canoeing or by airboat in the wetlands and marshes or by swamp buggy in the cypress swamps. Many guided tours are offered in his area. The Everglades has been called the “ River of Grass” .

Other Information: On a typical day in Naples, we will start our morning by walking along the beach to the Naples Pier, coffee at Tony’ s and a stroll around the upscale 5th Avenue and 3rd Street shops. Another delightful morning stroll is to go over to the docks to read the paper. We might go swimming in the late afternoon, watch a beautiful sunset and walk to 5th Avenue for dinner at one of the wonderful restaurants in the area.

On other days, when we feel like doing more it is always interesting to visit areas that show Southwest Florida’ s wilderness, such as the Fakahatchee Strand State Preserve, Big Cypress National Preserve, or Everglade City. A boardwalk stroll is interesting. Swamp buggy rides (shallow-draft airboat) , for instance out of Everglade City, are exciting.

Our Escape to The Beach

We loved our 2 weeks at this sweet property! Everything was exactly, no BETTER, than in the listing! Well-stocked kitchen, with lovely products. Great tv, super fast WiFi, steps from the beach and 5th Ave. South. The furnishings were beautiful, the bed was heavenly. We kept our bikes under the stairs and rode all over Olde Naples. Thank you, Maria, for a wonderful rental experience! If we ever need to vacate our home here again, I would stay again in your cozy downtown condo!

Great Stay in Naples

We've been coming to the Naples area for over fifteen years and nearly always renting. This condo is one of the nicest and most convenient places we've had the pleasure of staying. Maria could not be more accommodating and friendly. From check-in to check-out a month later, everything was "just so". - The location for us was perfect. 2 1/2 blocks to the beach and 3 block to 5th Avenue South. - The condo, while not large, is laid out very well. It's a first floor unit which was quite convenient. - The kitchen is efficient and easy to use. All the appliances work as they should. - The master bedroom and bath were well laid out. - There are two courtyards - nice areas to just relax. - Little amenities like soaps, paper goods, etc. were there is sufficient quantities for the month. And Maria made sure we knew that if something was running low, to just let her know! We'll definitely be looking at staying at this condo again in the future.

Wonderful Experience!

We have enjoyed an annual visit to Maria and Robert's Naples property for several years now. Other reviews have described the ideal Naples location and the proximity to 5th avenue, shopping and the beach. I will just ditto the many compliments. Dealing with Maria is like working with a close friend. She is kind, considerate and a joy to communicate with. She does everything possible to make one feel "at home" during your Naples stay. The condo is equipped to amplify this feeling. We feel extremely fortunate that we found such a wonderful owner and property. Can't say enough good things about our experience. A 5 star rating understates our satisfaction with our experience!

Beautiful condo in the perfect location

Great experience renting Maria’s beautiful condo. There are many positives with the property but what stood out for me was, location, location, location. 5 mins walk to the beach and Naples famous 5th Avenue. Highly recommend it!

Perfection in Paradise

We could not have been more pleased with our first ever VRBO rental. The condo was beautiful! The owner has thought of every detail to make their guest's stay a wonderful experience. The location to the beach and all of Old Naples was fabulous. No need for a car as you can walk everywhere. I can't say enough good things about our experience at this very clean, well appointed, beautifully decorated condo by the gulf!

Perfect in every way!

The location is ideal. 3 blocks to 5th Avenue, 1.5 blocks to beach and easy walk to 3rd street. Owner provides everything including beach chairs, umbrella and towels. Even fishing gear for the beach. This a cozy but well appointed condo that has been recently updated. 2nd bedroom is a little small and there is only 1 bathroom but it was perfect for my wife and I. Has a nice small grill and you can pick up fresh fish at Wynn’s for grilling out. Look forward to coming back next year. No hesitation in recommending this condo.

We keep returning!

We have returned to this wonderful condo for four years now, and plan to keep returning. Indeed, we have already reserved next January for our fifth stay. The location is perfect: a three block walk to famous 5th Avenue, a perfect mix of boutiques, restaurants, galleries, and pubs. We also walk to the 3rd Street shops, restaurants and galleries, as well as the Saturday farmers' market. Mostly, however, we walk to the beach, just two blocks away. And the beach is spectacular--soft white sand, always plenty of space for our chairs and umbrellas, and miles of walking along the surf. Because the condo is in a residential area, it is very quiet both during the day and at night; we rarely see vehicles when we take our evening strolls. The owners are delightful and accessible, and always work to make our stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible. The condo building is well maintained, the owners have made lovely improvements over the past few years, and there are other renters, like ourselves, who return each year. This is truly a great find: perfect location, well-kept unit, lovely communal area outside.

A great Naples getaway

We stayed for the month of December and really enjoyed this condo. Spotless, nicely decorated and the location was just what we were looking for - a short walk to the beach, 5th Ave and 3rd St. A short drive to everything else. The building and the condo are meticulously maintained and the laundry facilities were convenient. And we loved meeting and working with Maria (and Robert). They're pros and it shows. We really hated to leave and hope to visit them again next winter!

Ideal location, wonderful accommodations

We rented this condo for the first time, and have been very pleased. We have been coming to Old Naples for years, but for shorter stays. This is the first time we have stayed for a month, and feel very lucky to have found this place. It is exactly as advertised; the pictures are true representations. It was immaculate and well maintained. The unit is well-designed, well furnished, and has a well equipped kitchen. The condo is perfectly located, just a block and a half from the beach, and only three blocks from 5th Avenue. It is situated in a very quiet residential locale with little traffic. You can easily walk to the highlights of Old Naples. The owners have been here this month (they have the condo next door) and have been very accommodating. We highly recommend this rental!
