This cozy Venice Beach home has two bedrooms and one bath in an exclusive and safe neighborhood. Hip and healthy Restaurants, Yoga and Fitness Studios, quaint Coffee Shops and Whole Foods are just around the corner. Walk to the beach and the Venice Boardwalk or the Santa Monica Pier. 25 minutes to Beverly Hills or Malibu, 35 to Hollywood! The house has a spacious outdoor patio in front and private Backyard + sleeps 4! Modern Kitchen/Bathroom w Tub & Shower, WIFI and cable.
The space
After entering the comfortable living and dining area, you reach the kitchen and the smaller bedroom with a full sized bed and closet. The master bedroom opens up to a private backyard which is great for entertaining guests or enjoying a peaceful time. From the backyard you'll enter a second space, which can serve as a third bedroom or spacious office. it is quiet and peaceful and sometimes you can see the hummingbirds in the backyard. You'll love waking up in this sun-filled beach climate with the faint sounds of the ocean in the background.
Guest access
You’ll have access to the whole house come up with your private washer and dryer in the garage and a large refrigerator, built in microwave and dishwasher in the kitchen.
Other things to note
The house is well equipped, with luxurious bedding, linens, towels, and all the pots and pans you might need. There’s a Weber gas grill for your BBQ in the backyard.
