Very quiet apartment ideally located in the heart of Fontainebleau. 1st floor with lift. It is at the foot of shops and amenities. 2 steps from the castle and restaurants or cinema... or a bakery.
It is composed of 2 bedrooms equipped with a bed 160 and 2 beds of 90 (You can make a single bed!), Offices and workspaces. The balconies of the rooms overlook a private garden in the building.
A fully equipped kitchen: Dishwasher / fridge-freezer / washing machine / dryer / oven and microwave / toaster / coffee maker / kettle / hob...
A living room equipped with a table and chairs for 4 / sofa / armchairs and coffee table.
Wifi.
Separate toilets. A bathroom equipped with a bath-shower.
With family or friends, for work... it will be ideal.
Easy access by train with AVON station (45 minutes by train from Paris) or by car (many car parks nearby).
You can visit the city and its wonderful castle, climb the Rochers de la forêt or hike there... Cycling, horseback riding, golf, canoeing... So many outdoor activities nearby.
80 Euros of final cleaning will be required. However, it does not include the cleaning of the kitchen. The kitchen will have to be cleaned: fridge emptied and washed, dishwasher cleared, plates cleaned, bins emptied... Thank you
