Queen size inflatable mattress can be placed in living room if needed. Large dining table which can seat up to 13 people. Large covered back patio with tables and chairs. Large backyard with wood privacy fencing, large trees, and cornhole boards. J. Cody's Steak and BBQ Restaurant located one block from the house. Northgate restaurant district located nearby. Near the TAMU campus with easy access to multiple sports and other University activities. Only 2.1 miles to Kyle Field.
