Overall a great place and would rent again. The light/fan in bedroom 6 was out and the fan only worked part of the time. Seemed to have a short in the switch. Always have to come in the front door for keypad entry and be sure to lock up then exit out the front door. The sidewalk to the front door was from the street only, so you had to walk across the grass to get to the front door. This was not convenient when raining.

This was the perfect home away from home for our Alabama family in town celebrating my grandson’s 1st birthday. The home was clean and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. It was conveniently located for us, as my daughter, son-in-law, & grandson live only a few streets over. We had 7 people stay the full week, with my daughter's family of 3 visiting each day. We had an additional 5 people stay the last 2 nights.

The house and the pool were both clean, there was plenty of space for the 12 of us. Any complaints would be too much communication from the company.
