Beach essentials provided. Conveniently located just 1 mile south from the Oceanside Pier and downtown area. Walk to Oceanside's favorite restaurants, bars, shopping, museums & farmer's markets.

Quiet, 6 unit building. Located just 1 mile south of the Oceanside Pier and downtown area. Walk to Oceanside's favorite restaurants, bars, shopping, museums & farmers markets.

OCEANSIDE PIER is 1 mile north, a lovely walk or bike ride along the coast. Here you will find beautiful beaches with plenty of sand. The area also offers shopping, many restaurants, bars, museums and a movie theatre. The Farmers Market is held here on Thursdays. The morning Farmers Market offers fresh local produce. The evening Framer Market offers live music, a variety of unique foods, and local art.

OCEANSIDE HARBOR is 2.5 miles north of the condo and also offers great sandy beaches with fire-pits, restaurants with harbor views and shopping. Jet-ski/boat/kayak/paddle-board/bike rentals, and fishing charters found here.

CARLSBAD VILLAGE
2 miles south the condo, Carlsbad Village has miles of big white sandy beaches, as well as many boutiques, shops, restaurants, bars and nightlife. The Farmers Market is held on Wednesdays in Carlsbad Village.

Convenient and clean

This was a beautiful place to stay. It was clean, close to the beach and I loved the decorations. The only issue for us was that the garage is not attached and you can only park a small car in it, that was not disclosed before we arrived and it would have been nice to know that since we have a large SUV. We were able to park in front of the unit on the street, so it worked out.
