Beachy 2 Bedroom on 2nd floor with white water views! Bedroom #1 has a Queen and Bedroom #2 a Twin over Full bunk. Living room has a cushy sofa sectional with an additional Full pullout! Private balcony with Ocean Views. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could need for making family meals. Lots of seating room for dining together and lounging on the sofa for movie nights. Smart TV for Netflix Nights!

We are local residents of Oceanside. I grew up here and my husband in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. We are huge fans of the beach...as are our 2 children. We love to surf, paddle board and spend time enjoying all the outdoor activities that San Diego has to offer. You cannot beat the weather here!

Why they chose this property

We purchased the 4-unit property as an investment. It was near our home making it easier to manage the tenants who lived there permanently. But, after spending time there, we realized that the neighborhood would make a great destination for tourists. We travel A LOT ourselves and have had plenty of experience renting vacation homes. So, we decided to turn the original home in the front into a prime spot for vacationers as well as have a little getaway for our family too!

What makes this property unique

Location, location, location! While the place is adorable, completely renovated and a lot of heart and soul put into it...it is also perfectly located in the heart of the Oceanside Beach neighborhood.
