First of all...you only booked for 3 people and then tried to sneak a 4th in after check in which is against policy. When you first booked back in August I immediately explained the sleeping situation since you said THREE adults which would be a Queen bed and a pullout sleeper sofa. I even offered you a larger unit. You NEVER responded even after I made multiple attempts to contact you. There is plenty of room for 3 adults... Had you been honest about the 4th, I would have explained further and offered you a 2nd rollaway. You then tried to blame me for the fact that YOU A) Did not do your due diligence when booking by reading the details B) Never checked your inbox after using this platform to book. It is not the owner's fault if you fail to plan your trip well...I pride myself on making sure my guests are comfortable that is why I am extremely communicative and forth rite.

I read every single review when I'm researching a place to stay on VRBO, and this experience was no exception. I'm adding another glowing review and cannot recommend enough. I loved being so close to the beach, I loved the vibe of the house, it was great to have a full kitchen, a lovely bedroom, a front porch and BBQ. I will be back to this amazing pocket in Oceanside!

This was a great space located so close to the beach. The host was very friendly. The unit was so clean! I would definitely stay here again and recommend the spot to other renters.

The property itself is SO cute! It’s within walking distance of the pier and the ocean is a two minute walk. Great location and the host is incredible and so accomadating! I would definitely book again.

We are so glad that you liked our property so much! We strive to make it clean and comfortable for our guests. As far as the trains...Welcome to the beach in San Diego! The tracks run along the coast so if you want to visit the beach...embrace the rail and utilize it! We are located walking distance to the train station where you can hop on and go all the way to downtown San Diego while enjoying the beautiful coastal views! And lucky for us...Our neighborhood is located in a "Quiet Zone" so the trains do not blow their horns :)

Great pet-friendly property. Clean and well appointed. Perfect for our needs. Our only criticism was the bed. Seemed a little soft and concave in the middle and in need of replacing.

This bungalow did not disappoint! The owner is communicative and was super quick to answer any questions. The location is beyond perfect with a market and coffee shop right down the street and the beach about 2 blocks away. Will definitely be back!

A great stay, the cottage had everything we needed, and the house was very clean and easy. It is in a nice quiet area just around the block from the beach walk. Great for an evening walk. We felt very safe, and the neighbors were very nice. Our host was very helpful although there wasn’t much needed as everything was very clear and easy.

This beach bungalow was perfect for our retreat. It’s close to the beach where we enjoyed many walks and a beautiful sunset both nights we were there. It’s also very close to the Oceanside pier and we were happily surprised to come across a Thursday night street fair. It was great. The place was comfortable, comfortable enough for us to spend time doing quiet work, and it’s located in a neighborhood with plenty of people out and about walking dogs. It is very close to the train, which you will hear while you’re there. Overall, it’s a very lovely and beautiful place to be.
