We had a wonderful stay! The home was warm, inviting, and exactly as described. The location was excellent, with beautiful views and easy access to the beach, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind.The host was very responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay, which made the experience even better. We truly enjoyed our time here and appreciated how comfortable and welcoming everything felt.We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great beach getaway!

The condo was outfitted perfectly for couples with a great view- completed for us by viewing the lunar eclipse in real time just outside our balcony! Friendly community and clean beach. Lorraine was incredibly communicative throughout the process. Safe and easy parking. Great stay!

A beautiful unit with an unparalleled view of the Oceanside pier, beach and crashing waves. Check-in was a little problematic because unit keys had just been changed. Lorraine, the owner was right on it though and got me into the unit in no time. Lorraine is very helpful and responsive. Every beach need was taken care of from towels to umbrella to cooler and everything in between. If you are looking for your happy place at the beach, you have found it.

We were just there a month ago and did not notice the issue, however another guest who staying just after you also mentioned that the mattress was too soft. We truly appreciate the feedback. Place was great; fell asleep listening to the ocean. Kitchen was the most well stocked I have ever stayed in - It was nice to have Tupperware to pack a lunch in! Parking lot was secure and clean. Would definitely stay again!

Great quiet clean condo just steps from the beach. Rented a car but really not necessary if you stay in Oceanside, you can walk to plenty of restaurants and shops. Only wish was that mattress was a little more firm. However falling asleep to the sound of waves was amazing and we slept like babies. Property owner was very kind and responded promptly to any questions we had. Perfect place for a family of 2-4.

Loved the beach view and proximity to beach. We loved sleeping to the actual sound of the ocean. It was super clean and well stocked for time on the beach and for cooking. Disappointed that checkin/out times were so rigid, but we do understand. Also felt like a lot of rules, but maybe that’s necessary to keep it in such pristine condition. It was great for a quick 2 night stay at the beach.

Everything about our stay at “Just Beachy” was perfect! Lorraine was the best host of any property I’ve ever stayed at. She truly cared about making sure we had everything we needed and was amazing to communicate with. The unit itself was clean, comfortable and inviting. You can tell the owners take great care of the property. We had everything we needed for our five night stay, from the kitchen to the beach gear there was nothing more we could have asked for. We will absolutely be back!

This condo and NCV grounds were the highlight of our stay! The view from the balcony is so awesom, the pool & hot tub were clean and comfy and the condo felt a beachy home away from home!
